Somewhat run down no customer service and amenities limited. Things seemed broken down.

I was actually surprised when we got there. This place is top notch and on top of everything from cleanliness, to making sure everything is stocked and my room was perfect!

It's a nice property but it has no hot water. First stay I thought it was a temporary issue. Last stay I know they have a hot water problem. Water wasn't even luke warm. I will not stay there again. If you like cold showers, then the property is fine.

The hotel is in a sketchy area but I didn't feel uneasy once I got on property. The parking lot has plenty of lighting. It was kind of odd that the breakfast area was guarded and no take out signs were posted. This made me feel like the area was sketchier than I thought.......Hard to imagine a few bananas, apples, yogurt, juice, coffee and waffles are in so much demand an employee is dedicated to protect them. I suspect there has been an issue with workers who stay in the hotel taking coworkers food.

Hotel is in the ghetto. Whole place smells of cannibus. Noisy. At check in, charge you another $8 because you "booked online". Not nice. Not close to anything. Not safe to go out to the street.
