The location is very good, shopping and not afraid of being hungry at night Room window facing the wall feels uncomfortable Even if the air conditioner is adjusted to 15 degrees, it will still feel hot Clean and convenient. Rich Garden is a well-maintained, well-run little hotel located just a few short blocks from the Ximen MRT station and the heart of Ximending. Our room came with a terrific multi-nozzle shower and a firm but comfortable bed. Breakfast was more than we could possibly eat. There’s a gym we didn’t use. Self -service laundry is free (including detergent). The staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for luxe go elsewhere but if a well-located place to hang your hat is what you want you won’t go wrong at the Rich Garden.

highly recommend this place. the staff is super friendly and helpful. the hotel is conveniently located, like 5 min walk from ximen mrt exit 1. there is lots of food options nearby. the rooms are clean. stayed a total of 6 nights.

Clean and simple are the words to describe. Location might be abit far from Ximen Station, but the location would be preferred for those who wanted to avoid the bustling streets. Another minor feedback would be there were no tea packets in the room, only coffee nespresso machine. But this was remediated with 7-11 located about 40m downs the street.

位於西門町商圈內，生活機能相當便利，服務人員非常親切，經過櫃檯不論進或出，都很熱情的打招呼，環境整潔非常值得讚許，整個大廳可以說「窗明几淨」，二十四小時都有櫃檯人員，旅店在小巷子裏面，雖然位於西門町徒步區衹有幾公尺，但感覺不到吵雜聲，或許是因為住房時的樓層比較高，不過由一樓大廳往外走時，其實感覺不到這裏就是西門町。 這次訂的房型應該算是「行政套房」，辦公桌、茶几、沙發、乾濕分離的浴室、免治馬桶以及個人訂房的重點（檜木浴缸），住宿含早餐，有中式與西式兩種選擇，為每人一份的套餐，飲料則是無限享用，已CP值來說，個人算是相當滿意。 小插曲：早餐沒吃飽，害羞的小小聲詢問服務人員「我沒吃飽，能不能再點一份」「可以啊，請問您要點哪一種」，全程笑臉陪伴，對於現作餐點需等候片刻也能耐心說明，頓時感動分數又加了不少分。服務業大多一樣，令顧客滿意的服務固然重要，然令顧客感動的服務卻往往可遇不可求。未來再訪西門町時，「能量旅店西門館」絕對是我的首選。

This is my first time staying in a small hotel. I don’t really like this type of small hotel. The floor looks like an empty building and it’s unreal! The blind person ordered again! When I bought a house a few months ago, it was hundreds of dollars more expensive. I checked out the room and checked out the price of my room now, which is only hkd500. Why did I pay more than hkd800 at that time? It’s so heartbreaking that I want to cry! You probably need experience to buy a house! There are instant noodles and tea available for free at the front desk. I was surprised that adding a quilt would cost NT$100 as a cleaning fee. So if a couple like us, who sleeps separately, comes here, don’t book a double bed room, but be careful to book 2 beds! The bed is a soft slingshot bed that I don't like. The soundproofing of the room usually makes you hear the sound of water drains. Fortunately, the air conditioner is cold enough for showering and the hot water is hot enough. The wifi in my room is no different from no wifi, it is very weak! The most unfortunate thing was that the battery tripped once while I was taking a shower, and then again when I was about to go to sleep. It was quite scary! Unforgettable hotel
