We are a married couple from Manila and S-aura is definitely the perfect place to stay for a vacay in Taiwan. The room's quite cozy, spacious, clean, and comes with everything we needed. The window view gives an extra tranquil vibe. The staff is very polite, responsive, and helpful to our special requests. The breakfast buffet is something we looked forward to every morning. We hope the hotel will serve the braised pork and unagi not only on weekends but also on weekdays. Location is not so busy and close to bus and metro stops, a mall, convenience stores, and go-to restaurants and shops for the locals. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Taipei.

First time staying at the hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. It’s about a five minute walk from Jiantan MRT station.

1. The food is quite nice. Sometimes, there's ice cream available, and you can even cook noodles with soup yourself. They provided fruit, yogurt, milk, and more.
2. I quite like the room; it's big and nice. One improvement would be to have more plugs. Currently, there are only 2 plugs available, and there's one on the living room table.
3. Good room service; the staff is very friendly and does a good job cleaning. They will ask if you need more towels or anything else.
4. Although the location isn't particularly friendly, it's fine; you can walk over to the nearby mall, Miramar, and take the MRT from Jian Nan. But most of the time we will just order Uber.

It feels a little harsh to rate this hotel low, the staff were very friendly and helped call taxis and everything was very straightforward. The hotel is not really near much, all the touristy things I wanted to do I needed to catch a taxi (this is my fault not the hotel, I know). The pool was closed and it was very quiet. I did enjoy my stay but would stay more central next time.
