Beitou Hot Spring Resort

Location of the resort was close to Xinbeitou station, so it is quite convenient. However, unless you want to spend time in the spa district or go westwards to Tamsui area, I would advise to live closer to the city centre. In terms of the room, it is spacious, but it felt quite old and dark. The robes they provided, although in a sealed bag, felt unclean and had a stench but luckily the bathrooms were fine. The bath was probably the redeeming feature of the hotel as it filled up quickly and was very comfortable to sit in after a long day of walking. The included breakfast is incredibly mid - hot food didn’t feel hot enough - but it is good enough for a light snack to start the day.

We had a wonderful stay at Beitou Hot Springs Resort! The private hot spring room was well worth the privacy, coupled with a steam room and outdoor seating area. It was extremely clean and luxurious. We will not hesitate to return!

Hotel is close to mrt. The room comes with hot spring bath, steam bath and an open air terrace. I personally found the layout a bit weird though as the toilet and the shower area is located separately in the two ends of the room.

Location is great, right across the MRT and Beitou Library and walkable distance to various attractions like Thermal Valley, Xinbeitou Historic Station etc. Love the in-room hot spring and sauna, breakfast was great, the room is spacious and clean. Definitely worth it.

I also recommend the Le Presse cafe. They have beautiful pastries and desserts. The flavours, however, is not particularly impressive.

There is hot spring and steam room inside the room. The thermal valley is just walking distance. The hotel is near Xinbeitou station. You can take to Beitou station and transfer to Xinbeitou station.

Big and spacious room and love the hot spring in the room. The sauna in the shower room is a bonus!

Overall is good

Hotel was very convenient, ~＜5 mins to the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful, recommended locals eats when we needed to get some food. Room was clean and slightly spacious. Room came with attached private hot spring and sauna (in the shower) and free access to public onsen. The hot spring water ,however, was not as milky as it seems from pictures. It seemed like clear water so not sure on that as i was told it was supposed to be milky colour. Overall, loved the stay and the room, bed was great and with the room being so cold.
