Taipei Ximen Wow Hostel

Place is very accesible. Near to the train station and evrything elsewhere. For solo traveler this hotel is very good for your whole trip.

Very kind and cost efficient. Close to the center of cities. But in the same building, there are bars that play loud music. For some people it can be annoying

Located in one of the beautiful places in Taipei. Very convenient, just a few steps from the Ximen MRT station. :)

The hostel was great and the location was perfect. It just the room inconsistent the first and 2nd night aircon was cold, on 3rd day super hot.

The hostel is very accessible to the heart of Taipei. Very clean and cozy. Fast internet connection. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice stay overall! Highly recommended for backpackers!

Stay in female room no B. My room right infront of common area. Every day 11am staffs will open the door and leave it open for few hours for cleaning. I understand they want to clean. But for my opinion, why don’t u guys open the door. Clean it and closed it back after cleaning. Then move to another room. Why always leave it open sometimes till 2pm. I really don’t get it. There is the a day i feel bit sick and wanna rest in my room but the music and sound from common area at 11am so loud. It will be nice if in future staff just closed the open after done changing all the beds rather then open all the dorms room and leave it open at same time. U will sleep in the box. No sound proof at all. Hoping ur roommate didn’t make now. Ear plug is a must. Toilet and shower room clean. Common area also clean. Nice safety box for each guest inside the room. They provide sandal for using in the hostel which is good. Coins laundry in the building. Location is da boom. Super good. Overall is good about this place.

The location of this hostel is very good if you want to stay in a central location . The street is vibrant and there are loads of shops and food stalls. It could be a little noisy in the evening but the hostel provides earplugs. The rooms are clean same as the bathrooms. I liked the Lay-out of the bathroom a lot because it provided loads of privacy . I have to say the only complaint I have is that the rooms were freezing cold , the Ac functions all night long and it can get cold at night. Also the hostel is not very social , the employees do interact with guests and try their best to create a social atmosphere but the guests themselves are not social.

Staff are good; Cheap price; Geographically great location next to the metro and close to the MRT ximen station..

The place is very strategic for the price. The environment is clean and well-kept. The free sandals are nice, and I especially love the balcony.
