Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities are excellent, hot spring is good. Food is good. Feel relax. Definitely will come again.

Beautiful hotel . Clean room and good service . Overall satisfied with the location , services and breakfast ( only) . Will be even better if the building is more users friendly . Reason mentioning is the floors ( reception , food , hot spring ) are all at mid level and customers need to take stairs for the above .

Everything is ok except one needs about 15-20min walk from the metro station to the hotel and vice versa. Hotel provides scheduled shuttle service to/from metro train station. Hotel is NOT 500m away from the train station as advertised.

This hotel is located in Beitou area which is famous for hot spring. It has a fantastic public outdoor hot spring area. The spa centre provides fanatic options for relaxation.
