All my ********* friends told me Regent taipei hotel is the top no. 1 hotel in Taiwan. This time after I stay I totally agree with them. The hotel has many kinds of restaurants, facilitates and very up to standard service by all the staff. Reception, congeries Kevin, express hotline Alice 徐, housekeepers a lady & 黃凱彥 are all friendly, kind and cheerful. I really feel so happy for this stay. More important is this time I come here to celebrate my father 80 years birthday. He is very happy and enjoyable in particular the Sauna. All in all this stay is so memorable and really worth me to write a good review. If u ask me anything to improve I will say the lift for B3, too crowd and need to wait for so long. Anyway it won’t affect my overall review. Congratulations Regent Taipei, you really deserve top 1 in taipei.

Last minute booking made with this hotel ended up as my favourite accomodation in TW till date. Service was awesome. There was always a hotel staff opening the main door for guests to enter. Receptionist was friendly and offered a free upgrade to suite. Upgraded room was very spacious and clean. Came with Loccitane toiletries. Seems that guests are mainly Japanese. Location is quite convenient with shops nearby. A pity I got to check out before sunrise to catch an early morning flight. Would stay here again when I visit Taipei next time.

We chose this because it is located somewhere between ximending and xingyi district. It’s convenient to get a taxi. We have 12 paxs in this trip. When we reached on 1 Nov , it was pretty late, between 9pm - 10pm. All of us were very tired and kinda disoriented after a long day’s car ride. When we had alighted from our vehicles, immediately the bell boy told us not to block the hotel entrance. Our driver immediately told them we just reached and stood here for less than 5 minutes, how to check into the hotel without alighting the vehicles ? It was an unpleasant “welcome” experience. The hotel conceige staff also made mistakes when issuing our door cards. This hotel has its rules and regulations. If you want to have an easy going holiday experience, there are better ones.

Stayed in The Tango Taipei Linsen for 15 nights of my compulsory Taiwan quarantine period, during July 2021. The booking, as it's for Taiwan entry quarantine purpose, had be to done directly through them. Their good and efficient service started from there, with clear and prompt communication for my booking and payment. The great service continued and became even better once checked in. They understand how difficult it is for a guest that is going through a 15- night quarantine in Taiwan, hence they would do anything to help, from answering relevant questions, helping with any needs during the stay etc. All the communication with the reception staff was efficiently done through their LINE instant messaging. They even once 'rescued' me from my original room due to an uncontrollable leakage of air-con water flooding, by immediately changed me to another room with the same specifications, which was justifiable during the quarantine. I booked and stayed with a slightly larger room (Junior Suite/尊榮套房), and the layout was great to force myself, as for the quarantine period, to maintain a healthy routine. It has a bedroom area and a separate office/lounge area. It was definitely worth the little extra money! The room came with all the necessary amenities I needed for the 15-nights and they were always ready to supply more if needed. What's more important was, it was spotless clean and hygienic! The whole hotel is currently, as this review is written, served as a quarantine hotel, so no concern of mixing the hotel guests. The stay I booked included all meals, and I must say they did look out for the variety, tastiness and even the nutritional balance of all meals. Considering there was very little difference in prices (only 200 NT extra per room per night), I'd recommend the meal-included option when booking their quarantine rooms. If that still didn't satisfy, online orders of takeaway food could be ordered anytime, and they would deliver to my door. I was going to check in to another Tango Hotel (Tango Inn Zhongshan) upon the completion of my quarantine. The staff, without me having requested, liaised directly with the other Tango Hotel, to allow me to check in as early as midday. Then that's the 'extra mile' they went for me! Overall for the purpose of a hotel quarantine, it was a very pleasant stay, all made possible by the kind, thoughtful staff and the hotel's professional services. Thank you once again!

Firstly, I've never thought I'd spend 15 days in the same hotel...not even in a luxury beach resort but I did it here. I chose Amba Zhongshan because I wanted a balcony I could step outside to feel a sense of normalcy during this unprecedented time we live in. Although it was a bit pricy, I have to say I enjoyed my stay at Amba. The food was great, the chef changed it up on daily basis, a good mix of Western and Eastern cuisines. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal, perhaps even better than my own shower at home. I also really like the fact that the floor isn't carpeted. Lastly, I could contact the front desk anytime with Line chat. During my stay, I actually experienced two mild earthquakes. Though they're mild, still scary. I was able to be in constant communication with front desk, so that I know I wasn't alone! I honestly had nothing to complain for the 15 days I spent at Amba — in fact, I somehow enjoyed my solitary time here more than I expected. Perhaps we all need to hit a reset button at some point of our lives.

I booked the hotel when I got off the plane at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, I saw that I could check in at 3 o'clock. I just arrived from the airport and the MRT at 3 o'clock. The counter staff were very good. I had arranged the room for me in less than 5 minutes. The room was big, the bathroom was good, clean and well lit. The staff was very polite. Because the hotel originally locked the door in the middle of the night, but there will be staff on the spot to open the door every time, only when I open the air conditioner, the location will be noisy, and there will be no sound after about 30 minutes of closing. Others are still satisfied. I finally learned that my room was the second largest in the hotel.

I stayed for the first time in Taipei alone. It is about 15 minutes on foot from MRT Zhongshan Station, a little far, but there are many shops and people around, so you can go to the hotel while sightseeing while sightseeing. The room was a standard double, but if it was in Zhongshan, it was spacious and the interior was pretty, and above all it was very comfortable with a bathtub. Staff who can speak Japanese ... At my time, only Katakoto was there. I felt that the breakfast staff could do it better. It said, ”Toilet paper cannot be flushed,” and there was a large trash can next to the toilet. Amenity is minimal. PET bottle water and tea pack were placed as a service. In December, the air conditioner will be turned off when it is cold, and if it is still cold, they will lend you a blanket. Even if I turned off the air conditioner, it was cold. The toilet paper holder is not well installed and it is a little difficult to use, but it doesn't bother me for short stays. I stayed alone, but there was a large ２ room for people, and there were amenities ２ each. It is much larger than a small business hotel in Japan. The room cleaning is beautiful at first glance. (There was dust in the parts that were hard to reach for cleaning, and some box of garbage fell under the table next to the bed. Hair was sticking to the waterproof silicon in the bathroom.) The floor is not carpet, It was a flooring sheet. There was a full-length mirror, but it wasn't very useful because the position was bad, but it was better than nothing. The location is between Minquan West Road Station and Nakayama Kuniko Station on the Nakawa Shinro Line at the transfer station of the Tamsui Shinyi Line and the Nakawa Shinro Line of the Taipei Shotoku MRT, both of which took less than 10 minutes on foot. There are many convenience stores nearby, and the night market of the castle town behind the hotel is recommended. Especially I want to eat water dumplings again! Breakfast was simple with porridge, white rice, fried rice, soup 1 type, bread, fried *, bacon, milk, orange juice, raw vegetables, fruits, bananas and oranges. The banana was very sweet and delicious! The last day was a tour that left when I couldn't eat breakfast, so he prepared a sandwich.

When my family arrived, the lobby was super crowded,(maybe due to new year) and a great place to take pictures. The room was quite big, but the toilet was quite dirty. The bathtub had brown stains, and the corners of the toilet were caked in mold. The hotel was connected to Taipei Main Station through Exit M6. There was a lift directly connected to room. We took a Tra train one stop to Rouhe night market, it was very convenient. Overall, Caesar Park Hotel Taipei was a nice place to stay in.

We booked Sheraton because of its location and name. We booked King Bed, but when we got there they gave us 2 Twin Bed and made a King Bed out of it. They gave us a King Bed room the next day. For Honeymoon we only got 2 small Teabags and 2 small teddy bears. Worst Honeymoon Amenities ever. Breakfast was ok. Good enough. Lobby was too crowded. Restaurants was crowded from morning till evening.

We are family of 5 pax, we stayed in a triple room and a twin room. Unfortunately these 2 room types cannot be on the same floor. The hotel signage is barely visible and only written in Chinese, so try your best to locate it! The hotel front desk is on level 4 where you have to enter through an old building lobby. Once you find it, you get used to it. The location of this hotel is excellent though. 2 mins walk to Shuanglian train station on the red line and 10 minutes walk to Zhongshan with 2 huge shopping malls. Rooms are new, modern and very clean!

There is oldness in some places, but is compact and very good hotel. The staff are very friendly and there are many people who can speak Japanese. The breakfast is handmade and the menu changes daily. The content is also substantial. The room is spacious and comfortable, the bath has a jacuzzi, and the toilet is a heated washlet with a heated toilet seat. Cleaning is also polite. Beds, pillows and futons were comfortable and I slept well. It was on the hospital side, but I was not bothered by the sound of ambulances. Amenity is substantial, too. It was good to stay here. Location was the better one with cheaper pricing. About 5 or 10mins walk from hotel to shuanglian. Reach the hotel, there was no one attending at the counter and was a self checkin machine. Easy checkin and you get the room card. Room was clean and tidy. Room size acceptable, can place 3 of my luggages. Big bath room, just that the water temp was either too hot or too cold. Have to toggle between the 2 shower heads. Initially i planned to deposit my luggage on the last day as i had a late flight that day. But there was no one attending to the counter. Theres a number to add in line app, so i chatted with the person. Was asked to place the luggage behind the counter at my own risk. Which i dont really like this idea. Should have stated in the website in the first place. I still left my luggage there for about 3 hrs, nothing was missing but initially i planned to pickup much later. But since no one was attending to my luggages i went back to collect early. Side note, this hotel is also open for short term stay for people to wish to 'stay' for a few hours. Overall, still clean and acceptable price. Other than, the luggage deposit portion.
