Everything was great except when it was cold at 7 degrees. I tried to take a hot bath in the tub and the hot water turned cold after few minutes and there was no more hot water after that. The next morning the heated pool was also not warm enough. I was told by the pool guard the that the heating system for the rooms was out of order the night before but only the rooms were affected.
Rooms are spacious. Would be great if hotel can provide shuttle service to town, night markets, places of interest or major hot spots on demand.

The breakfast is delicious, especially the unlimited beef soup. The room is clean but the bathroom is large. The bathtub is large and comfortable to soak in. There is no equipment for children to play in the swimming pool. There is only a very shallow pool. The hotel facilities are more like paying adults. Gym used by members 😂 I stayed here during the holidays and didn’t feel it was worth the money 😢
