The hotel seems to have no toiletries. Please communicate with the guest room if necessary~ The breakfast was rich and the service aunt was very enthusiastic. She kept coming to help collect the dishes. It was a family trip. The elderly in the family were very satisfied with the hotel. Opposite the hotel was Tianjing Lake Park. We arrived about 10:30 at the hotel and we were able to check in without any problem. We asked the room to be changed 3 times and it was done asap.the manager on duty. A nice smiley young man, served as coffee. He was so helpful later on gave us a bottle of red wine when we ask for wine during the evening buffet. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful. The cleaning Ayis were also friendly. I will return..
