在銀座佳驛酒店住了2天，酒店離泰山站很近，去泰山岱廟的不遠並且交通很是便利，轉泰安站交通也很便利。前台的小姐姐服務非常和藹又和氣，並給我們升級了房間❤️。房間乾淨衞生整潔，下次來了繼續住👍🏻，對了，爬泰山時酒店🈶提供免費的枴杖，下山時記得帶回來哦😊

從入住開始，前台給錯房卡
空調很舊了 一直嗡嗡的響 跟拖拉機一樣
衞生真的很差 枕頭還有床單都有污漬
旅行社的人 早上六點就在走廊大喊大叫 真的很煩
（別問我為什麼沒換房間，下午辦理入住的時候，被子蓋在床上，所有污漬都看不到，晚上十一點回來睡覺了才看到了，不想折騰了）

房間整體跟這個價格匹配，半夜有事打電話後工作人員上門也很及時，感覺服務意識有所欠缺，爬山回來的比較晚，希望到時稍微延遲半小時左右退房，前台跟我説超過一分鐘都要加錢，各家連鎖都住過，這麼説的是第一次碰到。
