Very embarrassing. I was very happy when I first checked in, and the hotel's gym and swimming pool are pretty good. But a few things happened that were devastating. This is my favorite Jinjiang Star. There are my favorite Jinjiang managers and front desk ladies. This is the best Jinjiang Star team I have ever seen. The hotel is located at the intersection of Baodai Road and Shuixiang Street. The transportation is very convenient. It is not far from Panyu Road subway station to the left, and it is closer to Baodai Road subway station to the right. Parking and dining are very convenient. The hotel was opened in 2006, the hardware was newly upgraded in 22 years, the room types were complete, the price was very close to the people, the environment was spotless, and the service staff were all at home and very kind. The front desk ladies smiled as flowers when they received guests, their eyes were clear, confident and sunny, and exude invincible youth charm. Hotel manager Wang Wenwan and Yuan received guests, professional dress appropriately, elegant temperament, magnetic sound line is very charming, people will not forget. The hotel is within walking distance of the subway which is only 10 minutes away from the main railway station so easy to get to if you are visiting Suzhou and convenient for getting around the city. Check in was smooth and fast and the lovely girl at reception spoke good English which is always helpful even though I speak some Chinese. The hotel decor is very cute and music themed, everything was very clean and new looking. I booked the Double Comfort room which was basic but still had some lovely touches.A very comfortable bed, hot shower, bottled water, tea and slippers which you might not expect in a value room. Possibly the cutest thing about the hotel were the little robots who delivered take out directly to your room door. The only down side is that the noise from other rooms and guests carries easily across the halls but that is not the hotel's fault, and it didn't really stop me sleeping. Check out was fast and I was given a small bottle of water when I left was a kind gesture. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Suzhou.Great value and service, and very foreigners friendly!
