Just let her know that we reach outside, she will send a motorbike with cart to carry our luggage in, same when we checked out (because the road that go in to hotel do not allowed car to drive in). She do help us to carry luggage up to our room. She even help us buy tickets, foods and bring us around restaurants surrounding, tell us which is good for what kind of food. The environment also very good. Location was just nice, closed to many restaurant and also to the entrance to Tongli.
