I arrived at 11:00am and was given whatever was available, which was not a very nice room. But that was my fault, because I really just needed to shower and rest. I appreciated Summer getting me a room right away. And she recommended I change rooms the next day. The next day, Maria was incredibly helpful in finding me a much nicer room with an amazing view of Jinji Lake. And she continued to assist me with other questions. Serena, as well, was very helpful in rebooking my stay for two more nights!

It’s I located near SIP railway station which is very convenient for anyone wanting to catch a train or arriving at that stop. It is however quite far out from the downtown area and more on the outskirts of SIP. I found the hotel to be good value for money with friendly and helpful staff even if the hotel itself is quite old. The only issue I had was the noise in the morning with the cleaners banging around in the rooms from 7:30 and sound proofing was not very good so I could here them like they were in my room.

Run the Golden Horse and live here with your family. The hotel was very considerate. Seeing that we were a family of three, the hotel took the initiative to give us an extra breakfast. On the day of the competition, the breakfast restaurant was opened in advance, and free mineral water, bananas and other food were placed in the lobby for participating passengers. There is a business district near the hotel and less than a kilometer walk from Jinji Lake. It is very convenient in all aspects. All in all, it was a very good experience.
