I am very satisfied with my stay at Xiangxuehai Hotel this time. The front desk service is enthusiastic and meticulous. The hotel accommodation is clean. The bathroom is atmospheric. There are welcome fruits when you check in. Milk is also delivered in the evening and the service is comprehensive. There is a restaurant and Su Shi Noodle House on the first floor. It brings great benefits to our guests. It's very convenient. The restaurant has a large amount of food. It's all delicious and delicious. It's very good! Really a big room, more than what I expected. With two super king beds, which are good enough for our family of five members. Near to Metro Station Line 4; just two stops from the Railway station. Breakfast is nice with fair choice of variety. A comfort stay of three nights in Suzhou.

A very satisfying stay I chose to stay in a hotel to celebrate the New Year for my children, and I also wanted to give them a different experience. After booking the hotel, the housekeeper will send us directions and remind us what we need to bring. After arriving at the parking lot 🅿️, the boss will help us carry our luggage and give us a welcome fruit (strawberries 🍓 are much more delicious than the ones I bought). Next, the children played with snow, fireworks🎆, and released balloons🎈... The breakfast was also very rich, and the lady boss was very considerate and helped us take many beautiful photos.

Parking is convenient, and it only takes more than 20 minutes to walk to Pingjiang Road. There is Ye Shengtao's former residence next to it, but it has been turned into a magazine and cannot be visited. The children loved the gardens and rockeries in the park and had a lot of fun. The front desk lady Chen Yuyan was very enthusiastic and gave the children a bunny doll with the Jinling logo.

The hotel has a modern, simplistic touch to it. It's calm and welcoming. I'd like to suggest that they add a teaspoon bt the cups and smaller face clothes... Please change the liquid handsoap. It does not smell good at all. I loved loved loved the shower. I'd definitely recommend the hotel for a short stay. Good price too, worth the price.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Especially Willson Wang, he made a trip himself to find out the best route to get to hotel from metro station. He took a video of the route so I can follow it next time. Hotel breakfast has good variety, fresh and tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers or vacation travelers.
