超好的位置，看日出日落不用出院，早餐廳就是好風景。酒店有些年頭了，但設施齊全，房間夠大，衞生間超大 ，停車場大，方便。服務好，節前去的，人少安靜。自駕環西山島好住處。

這個酒店最大的優勢和最顯著的特點就是地理位置和環境條件絕佳——太湖美景盡收眼底，大橋風姿一覽無餘，綠蔭環繞鳥語花香，遠離喧囂宛如仙境……此次攜程網訂的普通大床房房300元不到，但熱情的前台小姐聽説我是出差談項目，最好有一個可以洽談的空間，稍作商量、調整後，立即給我辦了免費升級——一個千元左右的大套房，讓我在驚喜的同時，感受到了什麼叫“用心服務”和“顧客至上”的感覺，以及“賓至如歸”的體驗。酒店的交通、衞生、服務、配套設施等其他方面也都不錯，以後出差、旅遊或聚會、度假，還會優選此處!

酒店比較老了，但房間設施一應俱全，有淋浴有浴缸。還有會客廳。陽台直接可以看到日落。喝喝茶，聊聊天看看日落。性價比挺高。

房間乾淨，酒樓有點老，看起來有好久沒維修保養了，，不過看太湖日落🌅最佳。酒店餐廳大廚做菜口味還是挺好吃的👍

設施：老舊了，熱水放了很長時間，才出來温水且水小。
衞生：來住的人少了，樓道廊裏有點黴味。
環境：一般
服務：服務員很少看到

裝修太老了。
很多陳年舊跡，沒有維修的。比如我們入住的湖景套房3308，衞生間少了一個玻璃門。很多建築，外牆漆成片脱落，也沒重刷。人氣也不足。
但位置是真好，湖景無敵。服務人員也很少。怎麼説呢，比不上度假村（佔地面積小，泳池等都沒有），但又不肯放下老牌豪華酒店的架子的感覺。
假如能與開元之類的品牌融合，重新裝修，提升服務，可能會是非常棒的酒店。畢竟位置太優越了。

西山島附近規模比較大的酒店，國營性質，酒店設施比較老了，房間還算乾淨，服務員都還挺熱情。酒店有個大平台，看太湖大橋非常清楚。早飯品種不多，吃飽沒問題。

酒店位於太湖西山島的入口處。交通很便利，因為在湖邊，所以會顯得比較潮濕。設施有一點陳舊了，早餐很豐富。第二天早上剛好還有人來結婚。
