I really liked this hotel, very spacious and very comfortable. The people working at the hotel very welcoming and ready to help, totally recommend who wants to have a peaceful vacation, also the hotel is very well located.

Good hotel, a 15 minute taxi ride from the nearest subway. However suitable landmarks nearby. Lovey staff and good food. Worth another stay

It is a lovely place. It is almost an hour from food and bars. The pool was not open. I was not happy about that. I only wanted the place for the pool :(. Now on a high note, the breakfast was wonderful.

華美達酒店屬於中高端酒店！入住之前沒有看點評直接去前台現場在 攜程辦理訂單直接入住！當時前台沒有告知空調停用！正直江浙滬秋天跟夏天一樣，酒店空調停用！晚上室內温度直接達到27度！悶熱！難以入睡！我打電話前台，告知空調停用！然後送了電扇使用！付款488元不含早！空調罷工！請問這個價格怎樣定的！酒店值得好好反思！這是我住的最差的華美達！

很少點評，但是這次非常滿意。一行4人大雨天上午到店，酒店管家已經在門口迎接幫忙拿行李。很快辦理完入住，房間很大，衞生乾淨，床很舒服空調給力。意外的是酒店有個室外花園，遮陽傘下和朋友喝茶聊天，看着江南的秋雨，落入池塘，一直坐了兩小時。另外酒店管家居女士根據我們行程安排了游泳，乒乓球和晚餐，非常感謝酒店的周到服務。唯一遺憾的是行程緊張沒能去甪直古鎮逛一下，下次再約吧

酒店不錯的酒店，就是負責登記的前台態度太差。本來住了一天退房的結果事沒辦完又住了一天，正好安排第一天一樣的房間。定好了時候打電話特地説不要安排在昨天房間電話裏答應了結果到了登記還是那個房間。第一天住的房間淋浴頭壞的。跟前台説了幾次淋浴頭壞了不能用幫我找人修一下，結果反問我幾次什麼淋浴頭壞了還給我白眼😨。完了就當沒聽見理都不理。這態度夠可以。住了這麼多次酒店就華美達這前台**。

酒店坐落在江南古鎮 ，環境優美。酒店停車很方便，服務也很貼心。大堂副經理Lily服務熱情，耐心介紹酒店周圍環境，很感謝。園林式酒店鳥語花香，房間面積42平很寬敞，空氣清新。總體很不錯！

房間空間很大，非常舒服，在景區內，價格親民，前台小姐姐非常熱情。在攜程定了兩天的房，但是第二天因為行程原因，提前退了一天，酒店沒有任何障礙，直接就給更改了訂單，非常推薦
