本不打算評價 心裏還是蠻不舒服的 實事求是評價
奔着連鎖7天牌子去的 雖然是老店但是不能把臟亂差體現到極致 網上提前預訂是有窗户給我來個沒窗户 店家理由衹有這個房間 想問下店家預訂意思你們到底懂不懂 床單頭髮都在上面 房間亂糟糟的 到底有沒有打掃 電話聯繫前台床單問題結果保安拿洗好的讓自己換上
如果不是太遲了肯定不會再那邊住受這氣 前台大概意思我們就這樣 你愛咋咋地 我們就是這樣做的 店家躺平也不能這樣有損7天連鎖這個品牌

首先對工作人員服務的認可，熱情周到，溝通很好，但是這個酒店太老舊，房間裏面異味很大還不隔音，建議老闆整裝提升自家酒店

之前杭州旅遊住過一次7天酒店環境不錯價格也都一樣！這次來到蘇州看到唯亭這邊有直接訂了！過來真的發現太差了！估計床單枕頭上個人睡了都直接鋪個床而已，衞生都不帶怎麼打掃的！床上都還有各種臟印子還有血印，窗户是壞的關不上！床邊格局還弄了個大柱子，點房間圖片都不顯示出來這不欺騙嗎！最主要空調還是壞的！！！一打開空調我還以為房間開拖拉機呢一樣聲音嚇人一跳！打前台電話説衹能這樣！衞生間的噴灑也是壞的！希望商家可以好好整改下，為啥別人也是連鎖能做到服務環境好！

挺好的，去得早，房間還沒空出來，酒店就給安排了停車位，然後倆人出去玩了，晚上回來辦理入住，很人性化

雖然很便宜，但是設施有點太差了，隔音等於沒有，洗髮露沐浴露分不清也不太敢用，衞生還算可以吧。
