The location is good . Quiet area with the metro station nearby . 3 stops and you at Suzhou center ( 东方之门）
Hotel design is very charming and clean. staff is friendly and service good too.
The breakfast is not so western-ish but at-least had coffee ( : , so all is good .

I stayed for two nights with my family. The service was excellent, and all the employees were warm-hearted and helpful. The breakfast was decent, and the decorations and atmosphere inside the hotel were pleasant. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not a family-friendly hotel. Drunk and rowdy patrons greeted us at the lobby. Receptionists barely spoke English and couldn’t decide how or what to ask us. We ordered for a room service massage- 2 ladies came into the room and said they did not do the massages on the menu. We asked for Chinese massage and apparently they don’t do such things. Food at breakfast was horrible, specially the coffee. Paid 900 Kwai for it, more than what I’d paid in bigger cities and much better hotels. Trip.com’s customer hotline was the worst. Not going back to that hotel again. Not using the customer hotline either.

The hotel environment is good, parking is convenient, and Metro Line 3 is only five minutes away. The room is large and clean. It is recommended to put an extra trash can and napkins in the family suite so that it is convenient for people in both rooms. The 1.2-meter bed is too low and hard, which makes my back and waist sore. It is recommended to replace it with a bed of the same quality as a king-size bed. A car sachet was also given when checking out. The service attitude is good.
