家裡親戚錯峯遊，帶着長者，家附近找了圈，發現這家新店，看着還不錯，出腳方便，十全街觀前街盤門三景都離得很近。房間挺舒適的，乾乾淨淨，對長者比較友好，大堂猜燈謎還有玩偶送，進進出出服務員都會熱情打招呼，過年氣氛十足。
值得一提的是早餐，套餐形式的，很豐盛，最喜歡紅糖方糕，軟軟糯糯的。

這次是和朋友一起住，整體滿意度還不錯。
位置：地理位置很方便，走個幾百米就到十全街了，附近吃的東西很多，距離園林景點也近。
服務：進門就給我們發了一個紅棗還是啥的熱飲，冬天還是很有好感的！入住辦理完成後給我們認真介紹了酒店內的設施，可以玩書畫、看電影。
環境：酒店裝修古色古香，有個小亭子和園子，很適合拍照！
不滿意的點：不知道是不是新開業，早飯種類有點少，園子景色挺好看的，想拍拍照，但是落葉有點多，建議多掃掃！

酒店地理位置優越，位處蘇州古城區中心，周邊配套齊全。
酒店停車免費，對於擁擠的市區出行，綠色出行更是方便，地鐵站距離酒店僅幾百米。
網紅十全街、觀前街均在附近，酒店旁邊的盤門景區步行即可。
酒店前台接待熱情專業，房間乾淨衞生。
蘇州國企品牌，值得推薦！

地點非常好，到十全街，滄浪亭，文廟等步行就可到達；地理位置非常優越，在東大街上，老城區優雅嫻靜的生活很值得留戀；唯一不足是早餐，就跟經濟型酒店一樣簡單

酒店雖不大，但環境幽雅；房間衞生整潔，尤其床品舒適柔軟；早餐一般，無蘇州特色；聽前台介紹，酒店還在計劃增設娛樂、休閑、養生保健等功能區域。

首先這個賓館在醫院旁邊，有些房間直對住院樓，住的也有很多是老年人，如果介意的要注意一下。房間打掃的不太乾淨，進去的時候能看到床上有可以拂去的黑點點。。。優點是房間真的挺大的，如果不是在醫院旁邊可能也沒那麼大的房間。。。工作人員人手不夠，辦入住的時候等了估計有20分鐘，也可能不止沒注意看時間。但挺中心的，能步行到平江路那邊，2公里這樣
如果起的晚要注意，真的很吵，從九點就開始吵了，完全不隔音，能聽到別的房間出門聲，路過的説話聲，打掃衞生的工作人員聊天的聲音，還有工業人員交代工作的聲音都能聽到
