Of all their service is excellent, the rooms are clean and the location is perfect to explore around Suzhou. From mybsiz years stay in China, I never met such a welcoming hotel for foreigners so far. We had a trip for four and all my friends were also very much impressed by their service. Good location, perfect breakfast and nice city view from the room !

Walking into the room, it was clean, comfortable and tidy, with complete toiletries, including face towels, makeup remover towels, disposable razors, and facial cleanser. The store was very attentive. There was a projector in the room, which was very clear. You can also watch programs on demand. It felt so good. Great, the front desk service was very good and very patient. Seeing that I had a lot of luggage, they enthusiastically helped us to the stairs. It was really considerate and very considerate. I really recommend this hotel!

第二次住了，感覺非常棒！入住登記很快，酒店設施完善，還有百寶箱一樣的，裏面很多小東西，很貼心的感覺。性價比高，WiFi給力，環境不錯，附近逛街吃飯方便，訂外賣用機器人送的，洗衣房，熨燙機都有方便極了！早餐自助的很棒！房間很好非常喜歡，衞生乾淨整潔，完全住的放心，房間很寬敞，酒店服務一如既往的好，前台工作人員服務熱情，會主動問好，很貼心，前台小姐姐很好，幫忙升級了房型。酒店停車免費，保安大叔還幫忙找車位，服務很周到。房間設備很智能，呼喚小度開關窗簾（看恐怖片超有感覺）開關燈很方便，房間還有小冰箱，免費的礦泉水咖啡牙線各種小物品……衞生間有浴帽洗面奶卸粧巾…..生活用品一應俱全 真的很不錯哦。床很大，床品超軟，枕頭也很舒適，感覺這個價格值了！退房的時候前台小姐姐還有送温熱的礦泉水，問入住感受，周到又細緻！下次出來玩還會選擇花惜美拾酒店🎉

房間衞生挺乾淨的，性價比很高。服務很熱情，前台走的時候還送了兩瓶熱水，很棒房間裏面有沙發。這個價位竟然還有健身房，健身房裡麪的東西還挺齊全的。早餐很好吃。環境乾淨整潔。大廳還有免費的咖啡，小零食很不錯。
