I went to the front desk and asked if I could change a room? The young lady looked at the computer🖥Don't be embarrassed and said that the fifth floor is full, should we move it to the second floor? I thought I was afraid of the noise upstairs, so forget it. The front desk offered to send two breakfasts as an apology. After a break, the young lady brought the security guard to the room to have a look. The security guard reached out to unscrew the water pipe connection, but failed to repair it properly and the water leaked even more. The young lady immediately called the engineering depar**ent and asked Ila to come and repair it. The engineer from the engineering depar**ent brought parts and repaired it after a while. The lady at the front desk should be praised for her seriousness, responsibility and proactiveness! 🌹🌹🌹
