The room was booked for 2 days. The toothbrush was not changed the next day, and the water in the room was not changed. What's even more funny is that at 4.55 in the morning, there was no hot water for taking a shower and all the water was cold. I called the hotel front desk and the front desk didn't know who to call. I brought my whole family to Suzhou for fun on New Year's Day. I chose Shangyuansu, which is not far from Suzhou Paradise. As expected, it was as good as the online reviews. 一句春不晚就到了江南，此次蘇州之行，正好趕上蘇州降温!酒店選擇了新區的上圓宿酒店，裝修設施很有特色，面積寬敞，空調效果也很好，從辦理入住到第二天退房服務都很nice，房間非常乾淨舒適，點贊五星!酒店出門就是宜家，開市客，離留園、寒山寺也衹有十幾分鍾，還有最近很火的御窯博物館也很近。我還去了閶門，站在老閶門城牆，夜景超級nice，站在橋上感受着曹雪芹筆下的“最是紅塵中一二等富貴風流之地”，置身其中!夜晚的山塘街，高掛的紅燈籠，拍照打卡的新民橋，太美了!第二天去逛了平江路和拙政園，小橋流水，園林之美，一趟是完全不夠的，必須再來一趟!最後説一下，酒店很好，服務也棒!強烈推薦!
