This hotel has a lovely atmosphere, we were greeted with so many happy faces. We got to check in early with a free upgrade, which was pleasant and kind of them. The room is so nice especially the bathroom. The bath tub is amazing so is the shower. It has everything you may need. We were taken to the crowne Plaza next door for the buffet breakfast by a buggy. The breakfast was fantastic! The only slight disappointment was the pool is nothing like the picture shown and it was out of service.... This wouldn't stop me from staying again though.

My boyfriend and I went to this hotel to celebrate my birthday. Oh my word! The service is out of this world. Everyone is nice, smiling and helpful. The best thing though we found the room decorated with balloons and stuff. And they had a cake for me. As someone who never celebrate birthdays, I was in tears. They really warmed by heart. Their breakfast buffet is the best. The chef’s are top tier. Everything tasted amazing. Their baked goods tasted exactly like back home. Everything tasted amazing. Absolutely 10/10. We will be going back

My initial stay didn’t start off great. The concierge saw me struggling with my luggage and didn’t bother to help (would rather listen to his music on his AirPods). Told the front desk (they could check CCTV to see he just sorta watched me). To make amends they sent up some fruit. The room was a good size and clean. The morning buffet is alright but better to get something outside of the hotel as the variety wasn’t too good. Overall a good stay and I would recommend. One downside for sure was the gym / pool. It’s hard to find and the service was terrible. People on their phones until I asked for their attention (just to check details) and they just kept going “Shenme?” Made no effort to help so bailed. It looked pretty filthy as well.

The bed was too soft and I didn't sleep well. I personally like a hard bed and I haven't talked about it with the hotel. After the quilt is covered, my legs are a little itchy. Breakfast is average, and some small tomatoes are not cleaned. Wipe them to remove black spots. There was a problem with the switch on the room card, and it tripped at night, causing the air conditioner to turn off, that is, all the electricity in the room was gone, and the sleep was hot. I skipped it a few times during the day, because I found it only in the morning on the last day, so I didn't say it. It can only be said that the experience is a bit bad, that's all.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Especially Willson Wang, he made a trip himself to find out the best route to get to hotel from metro station. He took a video of the route so I can follow it next time. Hotel breakfast has good variety, fresh and tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers or vacation travelers.

The room is European style. The area is OK. The bathroom is large. The shower and bathtub are available. The surroundings are also very quiet. To say the places to be improved: 1. The underground garage does not pass to the hotel, which is a bit inconvenient. 2. Breakfast is a set meal, Cantonese style, unit price is not cheap, but even if it is a set meal, if it is changed to Chinese buns, soy milk fritters or Western bread milk, it is better than these.

I compared and compared this one in advance for a long time. This price can make my three big and one small families very satisfied. The location is absolutely perfect. In this Suzhou landmark, I have never lived on such a high floor. Downstairs is a full commercial plaza. Takeaway is also super convenient, although it is an apartment building but not noisy, the room is very clean and the scenery is very good 👍🏻 The only regret is that I specially came to see the music fountain because I didn't see it in the marathon. I will book this next time I need it! recommend

It's a really wonderful hotel. Beautiful, clean and stylish. Service is good and I had great stay there. Room offer nice variety of free coffee / tea and biscuits but I didn't find any cups. The location is though a bit off. Can be solved with didi and taxi so not a major problem All in all its good and I would stay there again

The location is very good, on Ligongdi. Sitting on Jinji Lake, it faces the new city CBD across the lake. The service is also in place, the environment is good, and the sanitation is clean. Arrived early, the room was not cleaned up, went to the commercial street for dinner, returned to the hotel not only the room was packed, the air conditioner was turned on, it was very cool. Everything is 0k, it would be better if it was richer earlier. But still all 5 points, because Jinji Lake is very beautiful, 0.5 impression points

It's the first time I came here to stay. It's really great. The service is very good. It's close to the subway entrance. The service from Xiao Min and Xiao Taozi at the front desk is very good. They provided breakfast 🥣. Thank you very much. The breakfast is delicious and very close to Jinji Lake. In the evening, I went to see the night view. I chose to continue to stay tonight. I will stay here again next time.
