Lovely hotel, the grounds were really nice and the staff helpful. It is a large complex so there were carts to take you around. We only ate the breakfast but it was quite good. Lots of fresh food and a good selection. The drinks option at the bar was poor though. They only had beer or tea, even though the menu offered many more things such as cocktails and soft drinks. It also took them over an hour to realise they didn’t have these available which spoiled the evening somewhat. We used the spa and the massage was fantastic and the service very good. We also used the hot springs which were nice- however the receptionist was very rude and condescending. The indoor hot spring was more of a kids play pool which spoiled the experience, especially as there was a regular pool next door which could have been used for this.

Years ago, I came to Suzhou to play with few people, and I found your store by chance. The boss service is first-class, the room has heating, very warm. The tree house room is the favorite of children, and they refuse to go out to play. They have been climbing up and down in the tree house. It is really the best weapon for children to discharge. The boss thoughtfully gave us a free extra bed, so that our family of three slept comfortably for one night. Fireworks were also sent in the evening. Breakfast is Suzhou's famous snacks: wontons, steamed buns, milk, corn, eggs... The ancient bayberry plank road near the homestay is very suitable for children to climb the mountain, simple and safe. On National Day, I made an appointment with friends, and the three families spent 3 happily days in Shushan. This season’s fruit picking season in Shushan has passed, and the Suzhou Paradise Hot Spring World at the entrance of the village has recently been upgraded and closed for the time being. Tourism resources are actually relatively scarce, but because of this, we have more time to enjoy the courtyard. It's leisurely, and the micro vacation without itinerary is very pleasant. Two suggestions: 1. The National Day may be understaffed, and there are still some omissions in cleaning the guest rooms; 2. Shushan Village is building homestays everywhere, and the village is slightly crowded and more homogeneous. It is straight beautiful. The Shujian Courtyard at the entrance of the village is not so clean. It is recommended to make full use of the village's natural environment and develop more parent-child projects based on local materials.

However, I am writing a review today to complain about the hotel's facilities. I don't know if the room assigned to me was bad or if the soundproofing itself was poor. Can you understand the squeaking sound of someone dragging something heavy at ten o'clock in the evening? It’s really better to skip it for people who have poor sleep quality. Can you understand the sudden thought of a huge fan roaring at four o'clock in the middle of the night? In short, I couldn't sleep well, I had a headache, and my experience was immediately deducted. Also, we found out that the basin drain was clogged the night we checked in, and we even asked the master to repair it. It was also difficult to get through to the front desk phone, which made me feel deeply helpless. . . . . . . . . . . . . I gave feedback to the hotel but there was no effective response.
