Enjoyed staying there for a night. The only thing I dont like here was that I can hear mostly the footsteps outside and people in the other room

I flew to Toronto, Canada with my friends from Hong Kong. This is the third hotel. I booked two standard rooms, one for five nights and one for six nights. The hotel facilities are average, but the rooms are clean and tidy. The stay was good. The front desk staff provided very good services in the past few days. They were very proactive and enthusiastic. When I checked out today, the boy's service was not good. It took about an hour to communicate with the front desk before checking out. I was furious. I originally stayed until the 8th. In a fit of anger, I cancelled the order for another room. There was no breakfast. I personally think the price is more affordable. I probably won't consider staying next time.

I stayed in the hotel for one night and thought it was OK, so I stayed for another four days. The hotel is average, the room is clean and tidy, and the stay is OK. The front desk staff are very good, very proactive and enthusiastic. There is no breakfast. I personally think the price-performance ratio is OK. There is a bar nearby, and it is also convenient to go to the supermarket and shopping mall. The air around is also very good. It is very convenient to eat. The convenience of location to my stops. I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom i.e., shower area. Three adults occupied the room with insufficient towels. It was expected for us to go daily to get fresh towels. I guess we needed to reissue our towels which would not be an issue if they were dried in a timely fashion.

I would give negative stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! They will ask for a deposit, hold it, refuse to refund it and blame everyone and everything but themselves for this. It's been 3 weeks since I stayed there and they still haven't fixed this. ******* should delist them. The room was infested with ants (in December) and the room was if poor quality. Their "breakfast nook" area had a giant out of service sign that has been there for months probably and it looks like it hasn't been renovated since the 90's

Very nice reasonably priced hotel. The rooms are a good size and in good shape. The bathrooms are clean.
The hotel previously (and still promotes a free breakfast but seems to have discontinued providing anything. However, there is coffee in the rooms.

It was very unclean. There was garbage on the bathroom room floor. Had not been swept or cleaned.. The taps in the tub did not work properly..

We arrived in the evening. Staff was friendly and helpful. When we mentioned we would walk to a store to buy some milk he googled up the store and told us exactly how far it was. We appreciated that extra effort on his part. Saved us from walking farther than we had anticipated on a chilly night after a long drive.
