Booked "apartment" for family for 2 weeks in August. Arrived and place was dirty, smokey, stank of ****, had broken light switches and unclean linen. A partition door fell off in my hand. I have been refused a refund and my emails are not answered. 4 months later I'm taking legal action to recover the cost that was paid up front. This place is a health and safety nightmare. Door locks are defective and one of the reasons I turned around and walked away despite it being 2 am after international flights. Looks good on web. Awful in the flesh.

Not Safe! Uninhabitable!!! The door to our room would not latch. The actual door knob itself did not operate. The door jam itself was cracked....evidence of it being kicked in at one time. The trim around the interior of the door was separated from the wall. There was a hole in the wall to the adjoining room big enough to put my hand through. No towels. The pillows on one of the two beds was nothing more than a sofa cushion stuffed into a pillow case. The room was filthy. I've followed up with a call to the Stillwater health and code enforcement department. They should not be allowed to operate the property in this condition.

They asked for a review, so here we are: New management or not, I will never book here again. The blanket and sheets had burn holes in them. The lamp shade had holes. The chair was ripped and dirty. But the reason we decided to not even spend one night of our two night stay, was because the door was missing the chain to the lock and was only able to be locked by the deadbolt connected to the keypad. Safety was our biggest concern. The walls may have a fresh coat of paint, but it does not mean it's clean or safe. They turned off their reviews in Google.

It was great! The blankets are super soft and comfy. The staff was wonderful and very friendly! I would definitely recommend this to anyone that comes to visit me. And if I ever need a hotel again, I’ll be sure to stay here

The place is under new management and they are sprucing the place up. The rooms are being remodeled and they look great and the bed are comfortable. The management went out of their way to accommodate my last minute reservation. I am impressed how well I was treated and how clean the place was.

Great staff, went above and beyond to meet our needs. Manager was extremely accommodating and very hospitable. Great rate and incredible service, perfect location. Best service I’ve experienced at a hotel. Highly recommend for anyone.

I have stated this hotel several times the rooms were always clean and the beds tidy I've seen a lot of bad reviews but I've not had many bad experiences here I would recommend this hotel for people coming to stay in Stillwater

I didn't handle the booking of this hotel for my group. When we arrived, we couldn't tell if they were open or not. The only chair in the room had three tears in it. Bird crap was all over the railings. We were there long enough to check in, get to the rooms and then turn around and leave.
