We’ve stayed here a couple times for hunting season. NEVER AGAIN!! Front desk staff is great & friendly! Other than that HORRIBLE! Rundown, dirty, filthy, rooms. Holes in bed sheets, bathroom door was ripped/shredded up and wouldn’t close tight, wall finishes were falling off, door didn’t seal tight, and carpet was old and crusty in spots. Stains on walls, lampshades, kitchen chairs in room to sit on were falling apart. Overall, I’d give the desk staff 4-5 stars for their attitude & friendliness, but the hotel gets NO STARS if I could select 0!

Our first room had stains on the floor, and the door connecting to the adjacent room had a broken handle. The whole in the door for a deadbolt lock was filled with paper towels, did not feel safe. The second room had stains on the floor, broken towel racks, and uncomfortable beds. Would not recommend to anyone

Stained sheets, the pool is out of order which I guess has been the case for awhile now but still advertised as having it on the booking sites and the blinds, lamp shades and walls were dirty. There was sections of the ceiling in the bathroom hanging down and you couldn’t run your a/c without leaving your curtain open for everyone walking by to see in your room. Lastly booked a handicap friendly room on ******* just to get to the hotel and have to beg and negotiate with the lady checking us in to get one of our rooms on the first floor since we had a guest in a wheelchair and they don’t have an elevator inside, worst money I ever spent I will sleep in my truck next time we go through Sterling

There were bed bugs no blankets in the rooms and the pool was closed and no complimentary breakfast which it said there was

First room they gave me key didn't work...gave me another and still didn't work. Then they gave me a different room. You had to fight with the door to get the deadbolt to work. Carpet wasn't vacuumed.....found candy on floor. So many flies in the room. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Dead moths all over bathroom, burned holes in comforter, bathroom door needs replaced, heater stinks like burning hair, remodel of light and fan in bathroom was subpar possibly not up to code. But the lady checking me in was very nice and friendly.

Place gives you the feeling they are getting ready to close fore good.
Advised they had breakfast.
That’s kinda true.
It’s a to go bag.
Exterior had4 dump trucks in parking to with me working on mechanics of trucks.

This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed at. After this visit I will not stay there again.
The first room they gave us had not been turned around. there was no Kleenex no toilet paper , no soap no shampoo no trash bags in the trash cans. The floor was so dirty I went to Walmart and got a vacuum to vacuum up the dead bugs.
the lock on the door would not latch so you did not need a room key to get in. This is a major hazard since the fence line to the prison is only a 1/4 mile from the hotel. We put my wife wheel chair against the door to keep anyone from opening it. The straw that broke the camels back though was when a large white bug fell from the ceiling and landed on the table.
The staff was very friendly and found us a room that was clean. I think they are doing the best they can with what they have to work with.
My wife is in a wheel chair and has metastatic cancer and i was embarrassed to have subjected her to those conditions.
