My Mother’s Day getaway was not so refreshing. There was hair in the shower before I even took my shower. Side note: it wasn’t mine. I found the front desk phone in my room. The deposit that was supposed to have been returned on checkout day, still hasn’t returned to my account 3 days later. I have tried to call to talk to them about this and nobody answers, nor am I able to leave a voicemail. Please check your rooms for the phone so we can get this straightened out.

My expectations were low, and I was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean, all of the staff I interacted with were lovely, I would stay here again.

Property is not well maintained, staff is negligent, no soap/shampoo in room, and apparently they had no soap. Breakfast was not staffed, empty food warmers not refilled. In the morning the Cleaning staff was playing loud music in hallway, banging on doors of occupied rooms at 8 am. Heater in room not working properly, thermostat not working, had to manually turn it on and off, and no one available to fix this issue. Do not stay here.

The room smelt like smoke for non-smoking room. Stains and rips in sheets. The heater in room never shut off even when we turned the temp down.

Not personable at check in or check out. Floors and countertops not clean in room and stain on bed sheets. Toilet did not flush. When registering for room around 6:30 pm, I asked for water or coffee and none to be had in the reception area. For breakfast, it was slim pickings. No yogurt, no fruit, no eggs etc. Food displays and counter did not appear any too clean. Don't think we will rest our head there again.

Stains on bed sheet, no bedding for sofabed for my daughter, one face cloth for three people, tv remote not working, toilet roll holder falling out of the wall and terribly noisy neighbours all night even after a call to the main desk. Maybe two hours sleep. On arrival the clerk was calling a guest about smoking in a nonsmoking room. We were lucky enough to be in the room next to them. Terrible stay.

The towels were very thin and worn. Not enough towels provided in the room for two people. Bedding had no blankets, just sheets. Ice machine on first floor was leaking water on the floor just as you came off the stairs. Never got fixed over the 4 days we were there. They just put towels or bedding on the floor to try to soak up the water. Hallway had an order to it that was not overly friendly. Staff was not the friendliest.

There were bad odors throughout the property. Unsecured doors. Stained bedding. Just overall a very low level hotel. But beds were comfortable if you looked passed the yellow stained sheets and bed skirts.
