We were offered a room upstairs and was not told you didn't have elevators when I booked. My 85 year old mom has a walker and wheelchair she could not get up those stairs after we drove 40 minout of our way to get there. I have NEVER heard of a hotel not having an elevator. You all would not give us a lower room. The hotel receptionist told us we could get our money back if we notified you that night and I did. Apparently I'm being told I am not getting my money back. We had to go across the street to the Ramada Inn and rented a downstairs room. They were instantly very accommodating. They also were truthful and not liars like your receptionist.
This was a horrible unforgivable evening.
Ramada Inn will have my business from now on.

I have stayed at this property many times before and I will definitely stay again. There has never been any issues with the cleanliness of the room. However, this time the bathroom is very very dirty upon check-in, the issues was quickly resolved.

We liked the property set up. Breakfast was ok. The room was not very clean. Floor in bathroom was dirty and something was spilled on the wall by the door. The heater/air conditioning unit was so loud. It was fine for the price, though.

Staff was the greatest very clean and beds were comfortable, the tenants were the problem where a guy puked from up above almost hitting my wife and on my car. The staff was highly frustrated and went above and beyond to accommodate us with the situation. Don't let this incident deter anyone from going there.

Come back to the hotel around midnight. Unloading family and friends with young children, but had to come to a complete stop and shelter back into the car due to a domestic dispute. This was very unnerving and made me feel unsafe to leave the car with young kids. I called 911 and the call was disconnected when being transferred to state or county police(not sure what happened there). But I did go to the front desk after the car with the individuals sped away. Spoke with Brittney at the front desk, who was very nice and. Poor thing having to deal with this craziness… I has to speak to her behind a window in the corridor ( which just give me more reason so say this is not a family friendly/ safe feeling place to stay).
Not a fan of this place and don’t recommend to others. But to each their own!
Another thing to add… the bathroom was not clean to a high standard. Hair, bugs on the floor. I expect any hotel room to have been well cleaned before a new guest arrives. Bless to better in the future!

The room was a no frills but had the necessary items and that made it easy to see that it was clean. The breakfasts were very good and the staff most accommodating.
