We had a great time. Room was clean and spacious. There was a lot of snow but the lobby and halls were kept clean.

This is a large resort! Right next to the Tahoe lake which is nice. Plenty of parking spaces. The hotel staff are friendly and professional. Very pleasant experience.

Excellent location, walking distance to everything! The lake is right behind the hotel. Walking distance to heavenly and two other plazas. Parking is across the street but it’s free. The rooms are a bit outdated but it’s clean and comes with kitchenette which is super convenient if you want to heat up or store food. There was a weird smell in the room I stayed in, hence the 4 stars instead of five. But overall it was a pleasant experience.

A very good brand hotel with good facilities and environment. Next to Lake Tahoe, the scenery is beautiful, but it was cloudy these two days, so the scenery was compromised, but it also had the beauty of cool colors. Dining is convenient.
