Amazing staff!! The property is peaceful, clean, pet friendly, amazing room views and a pretty cool little pub in the lobby. Fireplace in the room with a lake view. Just spectacular. Highly recommend!!

Basically no service, I feel like the stairs are going to collapse...slapped the private beach, there is no need to live here. . .

The view of the lake was gorgeous and it is what continues to bring me back to this hotel! Staff is very nice! Improvements needed: Microwave in rooms, provide lotion. Filtered water and coffee dispensers in lobby were broken. The rooms are not insulated well, so you hear a lot of noise from the workers and guests. The beds need a mattress topper; pillows are like pancakes.

The is in a nice between area of South Lake, making everything close by or easy driving distance. Most staff were pleasant and helpful. The adjoining beach is beautiful. I spent a lot of time on the balcony or the door wide open. Be warned, if you want complete privacy and total quiet, not the place for you. There are always people on the beach and the highway sounds are audible with the slider open. There was a wedding on my last night right below my balcony and a reception next door after. I thoroughly enjoyed cheering on the bride and groom and hearing people being happy and celebrating.
The property doesnt have enough polish in either the rooms or amenities to warrant the price. I would've expected Keurigs and microwaves in each room. Maybe a small tube of hand lotion? No complimentary breakfast.
