這是第二次訂這個酒店了，在松原來説應該算是比較高檔的酒店了。位置顯著，停車方便，去哪裡還都挺方便。房間乾淨衞生，全屋智能，早餐也還可以。

第二次來，第一次感覺很好.這次感覺極差。定了大床和雙床兩間，晚上十點多入住。雙床房很冷不能入住，空調也不好用，酒店反饋雙床可以換大床，要不然就等倆小時等鍋爐房重新燒，沒有其他解決辦法。問是否可以換成兩個大床，答覆不可以，需補差價。不理解酒店的邏輯，和前台黃頭髮小哥的態度，也不理解不能賣的房為什麼還在賣，也不理解樓層服務員除了發微信之外問啥都不知道。最終還是在半夜十一點半選擇取消訂單。

房間很大，很乾凈，房間都是全智能的，有需要就可以跟智能管家説，比如關窗簾，不用自己動手關，智能管家就可以關，還可以開電視，全松原裝修最好，設施設備很完善的大酒店

酒店整體還是很不錯的，可以入住。分享個人經歷，服務問題。早上走的早，房卡沒有給前台，10點我到另外一個城市，下高鐵第一時間給前台打電話，説明情況退房，前台回覆200元按金先退150元，剩下50元把房卡退回返還。4天後到店退還房卡，説次日微信原路返還，3天後沒有收到退款，詢問後，告知50元不退了，酒店按照房卡丟失處理！
