Pullman Singapore Hill Street

Marina Bay Singapore|0.24km from Children's Museum Singapore (formerly Singapore Philatelic Museum)
We recently stayed at Pullman Hill St. for 2 nights after a little odyssey at Munich Airport because of the weather and didn't regret it. The hotel is modern and comfortable, extremely centrally located in the “old part” of Singapore. The roof terrace with the view of the Marina Bay and pool is just wow, the bed was super comfortable, I particularly liked the firmness of the pillows. The design is modern and takes up the railway theme everywhere in a great and skilful way, after all it's about the Pullman wagons 😀 The lobby welcomes you with old suitcases that have various stickers from old, formerly well-known hotels and the same Let's clarify the claim of the house, which obviously wants to see itself in a row with these houses. And it can be that way!!! The room was big enough and we didn't miss anything, a great, large safe that accommodates a laptop computer as well as everything else, a Nespresso coffee machine that served us well when we left at 4 a.m., a shower There's no need to be generous with good-smelling shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. What was also good for us was the provision of a comb packaged in organic quality, which unfortunately didn't make it into our luggage... On the morning of our departure we were provided with a delicious breakfast doggy pack - great! In short, we were very happy with the new Pullman Hill Street and can imagine staying there again if we end up in Singapore.

Hubby decided to do a last min staycay hence we only booked this trip about 1 week prior. Choosed Fairmont as the price for the signature salon suite was same as their lead in rooms. Had a pretty enjoyable stay and was sad to leave. What we like Room at 56sqm was very spacious! Big king bed was comfortable Bathroom was spacious too. Water pressure is great! Toiletries have cheeky descriptions on them lol Separate, big wardrobe space Big sofa Location! Connected directly to city hall mrt via Raffles City. Which means you have easy access to all your meals too Managed to get check in at 1.30pm Chromecast What we didnt quite like No bathtub :( (we booked knowing this but was still sad) No marina bay view Pillow was too soft I felt that overall, Fairmont is on par with other nearby hotels like swissotel and pan pacific. So if i were to choose which to come back again, all things equal, i would look at the best deal!

Good location just by the side of Clarke Quay MRT station. Staff service is good and the pool is a nice one to enjoy. Breakfast food variety is decent. The only downside is the showering area of bathroom as it is not fully partitioned and water spilling out into other area of the bathroom after use!

Great Location for extroverts who loves going out to have fun! Karaoke bar just on the same street and local restaurants. There’s a food court in ChinaTown 10 minutes from the hotel with local prices. There’s also many coffee shops across the Main Street, you’d need to cross on the overpass. U can buy universal adapter for chargers at Cheers if needed. It’s also very close to Marina bay.

Stayed in One of a Kind Studio facing the fire station. Can be a little noisy when the fire engine alarm is ringing. The wifi can be slow at times especially when streaming movies on devices. Water strength from the rain shower is not strong enough and hot water from the rain shower takes about 10mins to heat up. The biology bath amenities smelled great. Note: Do bring along your own toothbrush, toothpaste, in-room slippers and if you have a travel projector can be used to stream Netflix/HBOGo on the white wall (one of the photo shows the projector that I brought along). Bath towels, hand towels are available in the room. If you fancy ice-cold drinks, you can fill up the glass jar provided in the room with ice from the communal kitchen.

Fantastic Hotel! Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help. Check in was quick and easy, lifts work on a card and touch screen basis which is easy to use. Reception extended our room till 2pm free of charge and not much extra to keep it till 6pm. As a western visitor i struggled finding reviews of the breakfast.... best ive had in years of visiting Singapore. Fresh fruit, Yoghurt, juices and cereals. Breads, meats, salmon & pastries. Eggs boiled or fried on buffet but can order an omelette, sunnyside up eggs or poached eggs free of charge. Bacon, beans, mushrooms, asian breakfast inc sui mai,bao buns and noodles. Pancakes or waffles with berries and maple syrup. You wont go hungry. We had a twin deluxe room, lovely! Aircon and a ceiling fan both great. Lighting works off a panel.on the wall but easy enough to work. Cleaned every day, iron and ironing board in room and great hairdryer. Beds were really comfortable. Pool area was lovely and quiet. Pool not deep so great for families too. Pool towels provided and food and drinks served at pool. Honestly, apart from no hangers in the wardrobe i couldn't find a fault (ive spend over 20yrs in travel industry so can easily be critical). I would definitely stay here again!

The counter staff and house keeping staff are warm and helpful. They are considerate for my mum, who is wheelchair bound. The housekeeping staff helped to rearrange the extra bed in the way that my mum can get on and off the bed easier. Thank you for your excellent services. Good location too. Will stay in this hotel in future.
