Easy to find the hotel. Pool was quite big. Bed was superb. 5/5. Sound proofing was not so good but we slept well anyways.

Great stay.. comes with free freebies snacks to choose from. Inside the hotel, also has coffee and tea to choose from.. love the toilet facilities... doesn't come with breakfast, so we purchased the buffet breakfast. The food variety is not a lot to be honest.. abit disappointed.. they have catered shuttle bus service to vivo city as well..

Enjoyed my time at the Outpost hotel. The hotel location was pretty central to all of Sentosa’s attractions and the staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and the facilities were something that I enjoyed as well. Appreciate that they accommodated to my requests for high floor & late checkout as well as giving us a bday cake!

We had a wonderful stay at The Outpost Hotel Sentosa. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and our son enjoyed the pool. The hotel's location made it convenient to explore. Overall, highly recommended for a peaceful getaway in this hotel. Thanks to the staff (Mr Azam) for their hospitality

Best hotel in Sentosa, great service from everyone. It was convenient getting to sentosa express and parking was hassle free too.

great hotel to stay. nearby universal studio and sensoryscape park. room is clean and tidy too. pool wise is a great spot to take pictures becos its facing the sea. although have a little problem checking in but the staffs are taking great effort to solve it for me. and they even take a great effect to present a birthday cake for my wife knowing that today is her birthday! not a very big hotel but quality services. keep it up!

Magnificent beautiful hotel in Sentosa! The air conditioner worked very well - because the windows don't open, at first it scared me, as I can't sleep well without fresh air. But the ventilation works well, so there were no problems. Breathtaking views from the room window, and especially from the observation deck of the upper “adult” pool on the 7th floor! All infrastructure and interesting places of Sentosa are very close. The lagoon pool is shared by 2 hotels, so it is always crowded and there are parents with children. The adult pool on the 7th floor is quite small, but if you try, you would find moments of privacy. In the evening you can sit on soft sofas enjoying the sea breeze near the pool bar. Breakfast was a kind of disappoin**ent - it seemed to me that it was a little poor and did not at all correspond to the level of a 5 star hotel. Also, the breakfast staff were not always courteous. The staff at the hotel reception was very supportive, but due to the strong accent, I didn’t always understand the first time or even the second time what they wanted to say. However, after staying in China, where very few people speak English even in hotels, this is where to complain sin. The room cleaning is of high quality, all towels and even bed linen are changed every day. The hotel does not provide beach towels; if you need them, you can buy them at the beach shop for $20, or bring them with you. Towels are provided near the pool only. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service every half hour to the nearest Vivo City shopping mall, where you can find many shops and restaurants of any cuisine, as well as a food-court and a metro station. Also, the Sentosa Express line which is just 5 minutes walk, is available to hotel guests free of charge and operates until 24:00. I would like to return to this hotel again, and plan fewer trips out of it, because you can have a wonderful 3-4 days stay just on Sentosa.

It felt like a relaxing holiday the moment we walked into the lobby - this hotel is an absolute gem not because of its modern rooms or the pool with sea views, but because of the staff that make you feel so taken care of. Thank you Nas for being so kind, and for making us feel right at home! :) this staycation started off on such a high note because of you. My sis and appreciate it so much! They also have amazing iced chocolates for you to take back up to your room, along with complimentary snacks (they let us have one extra too :D).

Hotel service of the staff are good. Most especially the Staff at the Hotel Lobby. Ambiance and View is very nice. Its a 10/10.
