Smoking room have not provide match or lighter. I call service need pay to buy. I call to service need 2 wine glasses two times at dinner times. Need wait half hour to get it.

The breakfast is great, the pastries are delicious, and the service is super good. I would like to make some suggestions. The battery of the scale in room 1618 needs to be replaced. It cannot be used. I need to replace the toilet seat. It is clean but a bit ugly. It may be caused by corrosive liquid. Eroded.
