A few points are pertinent. 1. The landlord’s service is very good. After check-in, please confirm how the room is and whether you need any items. I asked the landlord for quilts, hangers, mosquito coils, and paper towels. They were all resolved quickly. 2. The room is a guest house converted from an office building. There is no wardrobe, no clothes hanger, no washing machine, no refrigerator, and no mineral water. I asked the landlord for a hanger and resolved it the next day. 3. The landlord is advised to wash the quilt every time the guest leaves the room. The quilt is uncovered, and the two quilts are very smelly. Fortunately, they bring their own sheets. 4. The floor drain in the bathroom leaks very slowly. It happens to have short hair taking a shower and wading out of the water. 5. Remind everyone that if you confirm the invoice in advance, you need to collect tax points. Due to a personal error, I did not confirm with the landlord in advance, and the invoice was not issued this time and cannot be reimbursed. 6. Come here to take the IELTS test, the location is pretty easy to find, within 20 minutes walk from the examination room, about 10 minutes from the subway station
