Wonderful stay. View from the room was just okay but already got upgraded. Apart from that, everything was amazing, incl room size, service, spa & pool facility. The view from MO Bar was fantastic; we love the vibe. The complimentary breakfast (on trip.com) was an highlight! Even if I was asked to pay I would still have it again. Spacious and lots of varieties (dim sum was just so-so though).

This hotel is very close to a subway station, which is very convenient when moving. I really enjoyed jogging in the morning as there is a park near the hotel. There was a slight mistake they made at night but they provided me with a bunch of fruit to show how much they felt sorry about it. I would like to stay here one day when I visit Shenzhen again! Oh, I can't help but point out how enjoyable the swimming pool here at night 😀

This is my second time staying here because the location of the hotel is very convenient. It only takes 2 minutes to walk to the subway station. Opposite the hotel is the Bonjour Shopping Mall, where everyone can enjoy food, shopping and entertainment. The room was very clean, the shower head had enough water, and the hot water was moderate. The staff at the hotel are very nice, better than like. However, there are two drawbacks: there is a problem with the room card. After checking in and coming back from the street, the room card cannot open the door. I have tried it twice when I checked in. This time, there was a little noise in the room upstairs. Fortunately, at 12pm I didn’t hear anything after I clicked it.

This hotel was absolutely darling! There was so much attention to detail throughout, from the sign on the shower encouraging the “concert to begin”, the custom shower amenities, and the teas put out each day. At first, we stayed in the least expensive room, which had a window facing a wall. We stayed there for our first two nights, and then asked if we could upgrade for our third and final night in Shenzhen. The hotel staff accommodated us so kindly and it took us less than 10 minutes to completely change to the new room. I would recommend booking the room with a view—it’s worth it! We bought each day’s breakfast along with our booking, which ended up being vouchers which can be redeemed at either the next door dumpling shop or KFC. Since the price was quite fair, we didn’t mind the situation. We would have stayed longer, and we will definitely stay again if we return to Shenzhen! This hotel was cozy, all of the staff were so attentive and helpful, and everything was so clean and attractive. Thank you all for the wonderful experience!❤️

Very close to Shangmeilin Station, easy to reach, and the location is excellent. The front desk is very kind and helpful, and tries to provide anything you need. The hygiene is acceptable. There are two bathrooms, but there is a problem with the bathroom. It takes a lot of force to close it. There is no separation between dry and wet rooms. There is not enough hot water and you cannot take a shower at the same time!

*這次帶着2老出行，這公寓優點的是鄰近地鐵站和商場，商場有超級巿場和多間餐廳，底層還可以直通地鐵4, 9號線，商場外過一條馬路就到該大廈入口，值得一贊； X選了一間三床房，原樣子應該是複式房，所以奇怪地進門是在接待處旁的一條樓梯進出，對老人家來說很不方便； *這屋沒有客廳，除了樓梯就是廊道通往洗手間和房間，衹有一部電視在主人房，2間有窗房冷氣足夠，床墊被鋪等尚算整潔，唯椅子及坐墊等有污積； X然後有一間是沒窗房，地上有一部小型空調機，神奇地把喉管接駁到廊道上，開了幾小時的所謂製冷模式，房間不涼快不通氣外，廊道更是焗熱，雖然很少在廊道上逗留，但那沒窗房也不是可以安睡的地方；晚上與客服溝通，客服建議不用製冷模式改用另一模式，個多小時后依然沒有改善； X洗手間是用雲石地板，沒有任何防滑設施，沒有扶手，沒有浴簾，水淺到周圍地上，很容易滑到； 總括是優劣參半，那沒窗房付了錢卻受罪，很不值得，很不愉快的體驗
