Check-in was smooth, with a free upgrade. Hotel is older, but clean with nice decorations. Room was decent and comfortable, although there's no individual climate control due to the age of the building. Staff is friendly. My only complaint is that they couldn't provide a place for me to charge my e-bike, even for a short time. I even found a spot in the parking garage, but they made me move it outside, across the street. It then took me over an hour, and 50¥, to find a suitable place. Not the most relaxing way to start my staycation.

Wonderful stay. View from the room was just okay but already got upgraded. Apart from that, everything was amazing, incl room size, service, spa & pool facility. The view from MO Bar was fantastic; we love the vibe. The complimentary breakfast (on trip.com) was an highlight! Even if I was asked to pay I would still have it again. Spacious and lots of varieties (dim sum was just so-so though).

The hotel doesnt really look like that new from the outside, as we arrived we doubted if we have gone to the wrong place. The hotel located next to a residential area, 2-3 small stores nearby. Close to One Avenue, but not walking distance. Check in was smooth, staff knew minimal English though. The hotel has a aviation theme at the lobby. The room itself was fine, we had a double bed plus some sitting area. Room was spacious. Throughout the stay the minibar was available for free for us, and they extended check out time to 2pm for us. We ordered delivery online and was delivered to us at the room by the little robot from the hotel once it is delivered to the hotel. Pleasant stay overall, wished the location was a little more convient though.

The location is very nice, right next to KK mall. Checking in room on 96/F, overseeing the amazing view of Shenzhen CBD. First we was arrange to room 1801, but we are staying to celebrate valentine day, we would like to have the bath top next to window. The butler, Alice arranged to us to stay at the room and informed price detail for upgrading. The process was smooth, we switched to different room within 10 mins, meanwhile we took some stunning pictures with those turndown amenities. After dinner at KK mall, we experienced the gym and swimming pool on 75/F, everything is so 5 stars, water and towel can be access easily. Morning buffet on 95/F offered many different options , western pastry to Chinese noodle bar and so on. We had some delicious eggs. The overall experience was great, even the hotel generously offered us a late check out at 4pm. I love the kindness of those staff and St.Regis brand name.

Hotel is conveniently located to the subway. Although there is limited English service, check-in was relatively easy and night service had basic English services available. Although the trip was prepaid expect to pay RMB 1000 deposit on arrival but this is immediately refunded upon checking out bar any damages. Conveniently located right next to the hotel is a “Forest Mart”, although easily confused with Family Mart branding but very convenient for basic needs. The room itself is not bad and spacious enough for 1-2 people only. Good view of the city. Most impressively is the shower water temperature and pressure which remains constant. The only downfall of the hotel is that the indoor swimming pool is not in this hotel but next door at it’s sister hotel, the Pavilion Hotel, so while I had booked the hotel specifically for the indoor pool was not conveniently available. Other than that the rooms were clean and well maintained and taken care of during my stay. Staff are friendly. The mini fridge works well and the pay for amenities in the room are clearly marked at applicable prices. Management is available for WeChat communication. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again when visiting the Futian district. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Overall the room is so so, mainly ruined by smelly restroom and some dusty corners and stain of water on the ceiling, however the bed is clean and comfortable but our stay was shortened as my companion has a bad impression at the smelly restroom. Location wise, the hotel is bit of hard to find as hotel front door is sort of ”hidden”, even a driver of a public taxi that we boarded has no idea of the hotel too. We hope we are wrong but there seems like no vehicle can access directly to the hotel front door (At least we didn't notice that.), so it'll be a bit difficult for travelers with bulky luggages to check-in.

I stayed at the hotel three times in 2003 and had a very good impression. I actually came back after 21 years and booked a 6-night stay during the Spring Festival without hesitation. Although room 1726 was fully booked, it was in a corner. It had convenient transportation, good view, and cleanliness. Timely, the hardware is OK, these 20 years are gone like my youth, but the development of Shenzhen is changing with each passing day, and I feel how time flies. Breakfast is 38 yuan per person, and the options are a bit shabby. MCL on the first floor Convenient, the subway is just outside the door, and it is only ten minutes away from the Phoenix Tower. There is a simple drying area on the 23rd floor. The room is small and the sound insulation is not good. The elevator is very fast. It is separated from the commercial and residential buildings in 2003. This is advisable. Generally speaking, coming to Sichuan Hotel to celebrate the New Year is also a dream come true for Shenzhen. I can revisit my old place and it is cost-effective. My family approves of it. I hope I will have the opportunity to stay there again in a few years~~

Simply LOVE this hotel. Everything is just great. Best location, just above Yannan Metro Station, next to many eateries and shopping. 10 mins walk to Huaqiangbei electronics market. Room wise is clean, spacious with lots of automation. The toilet bowl is also automated that comes with a bidet. However, the only complain I have is the inconsistent and low water shower pressure. Other than this, all are perfect. Nice spread of breakfast in a beautiful cafe settings. Great services from the hotel staffs too.... thumb up!! Will return if go Shenzhen again. :)

The location of the apartment is very good, next to the shopping mall and subway station. The room is located on the 21st floor with a good view. You can see Kingkey 100 and Diwang Building. The front desk was very nice and helped provide chargers. The mattress is also very supportive and elastic, making it very comfortable to sleep on and perfect for long stays. It's difficult to open the windows because it's on a high floor, and I forgot to have an air purifier. Overall, it is highly recommended.
