Large and comfortable room, great gymnasium, indoor swimming pool. Sauna area is relaxing. Most staffs are polite. Breakfast buffet seating very comfortable, though some of the food is not so delicious. Check in time at 2pm. Told the room is under cleaning, ask me to check in at 3pm. When back at 3pm, the room is not ready. Need to wait at lobby for another 15 mins.

Love this hotel! 5-star service the moment we arrived, was served a welcome drink. The hotel staff greets us everytime we pass by the lobby, very warm and friendly service. Room is huge and luxurious. Soap is from Diptyque which makes you feel so pampered. Even on our last day, doorman Kevin Zhu helped us check our ferry timings and assisted with loading our luggage’s into the car. That was really nice of him! Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would love to be back someday!

Perfect place to stay from the moment you walk in the customer service is excellent. One staff member Kyle at reception really made my stay very comfortable. He organised welcome cake and fruit and gave me information about the hotel and the area around it. He has excellent English and he gave me a personalised gift at the end.The hotel location is fantastic near Coco park all the shopping and restaurants. I also tried the resturant that’s in the hotel and that was good. Their breakfast is excellent will stay here again. Once again thank you Park Hyatt and Kyle is a real asset to the company .

This looked and felt like a top notch business hotel and very conveniently located next to a mall with plenty of dining options. We arrived late so were glad reception lady told us a walkable steamboat place was still open. The room was new and flawless. Pity I didn't have time to enjoy the bathtub and it was kinda semi open concept so wasn't that convenient and would have felt cold in winter and with Aircon. Beds were super comfortable and I enjoyed possibly the best sleep during my trip. They even have a Pillow Menu - lesson learnt next time I would choose the firmest cos China tends to use soft pillows that do not support my neck well enough. Nonetheless really enjoyed my stay. Enjoyed wonderful view and with electric blinds.

We love to stay at this hotel, very central n easy to get by. The people there are very helpful and kind. We stayed 3 days and traveled to Guangzhou and back to Lanshotel to stay one more night before depart for Shanghai. The room is excellent, love the decor of the room! Simple and homely. The toilet is very impressive, my first time using it to wash my bottom after toilet. The seat is warm. As soon as you walk in the washroom, the light will turn on automatically! They provided plenty of bottled water 😍 which we needed in a hot day. Short distance to walk to all shops and to eatery places. The best part, this hotel provides washing n drying facilities, 👍🏻‼️ thank you so much to the stuff for their help upgraded us to superior room!

The location of the hotel is very good, with convenient transportation and a food court downstairs. The room is clean, the view is open, and there is no feeling of oppression. The pillows in the room are very comfortable for sleeping, and I don't have neck pain when I get up early in the morning. In particular, I would like to commend the front desk clerk, Ms. Wang, for her enthusiastic and attentive work attitude. Thanks to her careful arrangements, the children could see the Christmas decorations at the Sheraton Hotel across the street. They were excited and happy, and had an unforgettable Christmas. All in all, Xiangzhang Hotel is very cost-effective.

First of all, if you are going to the Shenzhen exhibition hall, I really recommend it. You can go straight to the back of the hotel, and breakfast is also good as it is a comfort food. There are also many restaurants, convenience stores, and fruit shops nearby. The condition of the accommodation is good and the feedback is quick. All the staff there are friendly and I will visit again next time. The view from the accommodation is also nice.

Let me talk about my feelings, because the decoration of many apartment brands in Building AB on the floor is basically the same. Some services during the so-called stay are really good. Intercity Shenzhen Guanggang is sort of a business hotel you would love to like after staying for a night or so. It's a pity that we were only here for 2 nights . Pricing is pretty reasonable and they had free supper everyday. If u like a neighborhood feel to the area then this hotel is suited for you as there are many local food options available. Outside the hotel is the entrance to the metro station so travelling everywhere to shenzhen is very convenient. The staff are also very attentive to your needs. Overall it has been a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it, even for families.

The location is an absolute advantage, 10 meters away from Exit B. It is super convenient to eat and go shopping next to it. The reservation is to see that it is newly opened, and there are not many pictures. I thought it was a new house. As a result... I will add some real pictures for your reference. It is recommended that the homeowner clean the range hood. The whole room is greasy and uncomfortable. I wanted to make breakfast or something, but I didn't even want to enter the kitchen. The balcony door could not be closed, and the bedding and other items were piled up, and they did not enter. The room is not very good, there is no sunlight. The temperature outside is 28 degrees, and the room will feel cold when sleeping. There is a bed that is blocked by a screen in the living room and cannot sleep. As a result, 2 people squeezed in a room, and a bed was still a wire bed. If the old and new are not high in hygiene requirements, this price may be a good deal. The projector is good and very clear. Customer service will answer all questions.
