Quiet, pleasant and clean environment, convenient location (walk to subway). Spacious room, comfy bed and pillows. Room, bathroom and linens are clean. Nice, hot shower with disposable bath towel for fussy guests. Slept in so didn't have breakfast there. Courteous , friendly, professional and prompt front desk and housekeeping staff, greeted by them each time! Will definitely return on next visit.

There was black mold on the bed. cobwebs on all chandeliers. damp smell in the room. The furniture is very old and burned with cigarettes. the air conditioner barely worked. The room provided did not match my booking. for tomorrow the milk was diluted with water! the price is unreasonably high. i will never come back here again

環境好，有自己的停車場可以免費停車，對於在福田區來説比較幸福，大堂乾淨明亮，前台小麗熱情服務周到，枕頭跟被罩很乾凈，房間沒有異味，房間帶陽台通風好。可以。

住這邊出行也比較方便，往上走幾分鐘就到9號線跟10號線交接的孖嶺站，往下走五六分鐘就有4號線跟9號線交匯的上梅林站，離深圳北也很近，出去玩也方便，周圍有蓮花山公園，筆架山公園，市民中心，酒店客房大姐打掃衞生真心乾淨，前台接待小麗服務人也比較熱情，有禮貌，總體不錯。
