the hardware of the hotel is okay even though it seems to be a little bit old. however the software including service is really not professional and not matching the updated standard, especially the front desk, the swimming pool service and the breakfast. the only satisfied item is the dinner buffet for such low price.

The room was very good, the service was very enthusiastic, the seafood buffet for dinner was very rich, and the breakfast was also very good. I booked the wrong date when I checked in that day, and the assistant manager at the front desk was very enthusiastic and proactive in helping me solve it, so I stayed for another day.
