South Union Hotel

It was my first time staying here. The location was easy to find. When I checked in, the front desk staff, Xiao Liu, was very welcoming and helped me check in quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. It was not far from shopping places and was quite convenient. It is a good choice to stay here.

The transportation is very convenient. There is a K-pop opposite, and there is a not-so-famous but big shopping mall. There are many places to eat and there are no queues. The toothbrush is soft and easy to use. Many other hotels in the same price range in Shenzhen are residences and hotels. Comparatively It feels like staying in a B&B, this one feels like returning to a hotel first

This is my third time staying in a hotel. I chose the flattest room 2008. The bathroom leaked and the hot water was frozen. I called the front desk and the waiter came up and said the water was hot, but the water was frozen. Forget it. Well, you say the water is hot, but it leaks when you take a shower. You have no excuse to say it doesn't. We had no choice but to change room 2006 to us. Although it was upgraded, the shower room was leaking. In less than 3 minutes, it was already leaking heavily. Forget it, I didn't change it. When my wife took a shower, there was water everywhere. Changing rooms will only make people misunderstand that we are troublesome. This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel. I am very disappointed. The price is higher than that in January and February. The funniest thing is that in 2008, it was said that there is hot water. Then the hot water in room 2006 is Isn't it lava? All are leaking water.

The location is very close to the subway. The room is big and very quiet. The view is very good. I stayed here two years ago and it felt a bit old. When I checked in this time, I found that it was newly renovated and the Kohler bathroom was very comfortable. The front desk service is warm and attentive.

The sanitation is OK and the overall situation is good. The environment arranged by the front desk is very good. It faces Shennan Road. You can also see the night view at night. The breakfast is Chinese-style and the taste is okay. The front desk check-in is efficient and the service is professional. Overall, the check-in experience is great!

A great hotel. Before checking in, the hotel staff would call me to ask me if I knew the arrival route. They would also ask me about my room orientation requirements, how many people would be staying, and whether I needed extra slippers and toiletries. They also thoughtfully informed me about the room. It is equipped with 2 bottles of mineral water. I asked if I need more mineral water. It's really great, and the breakfast is also great. The service staff are very warm and polite. I will stay here again next time!
