#衞生乾淨#服務老闆人挺好的#位置交通離地鐵近#房間設施還可以男女生合住，公共衞浴，環境值這價位，但是室友的話我衹能説看你運氣，能找到一個你能接受的室友不容易

房間是正常的上下鋪床，地方不是太大，所以不要太有期待，外觀照片宣傳的不太一樣，也是民房不是單獨的公寓樓，不過老闆挺熱情

床位還行，人不行，保險起見最好繞道，多花點錢找個酒店住住踏實！
欺詐客户，尤其外地剛來最容易上當受騙，首先這個青旅位置實際就是在城中村，對面拆遷後面在建極吵緊臨馬路施工隊早上7-8點開始作業（圖1）APP首頁圖片看起來高大上都是精修圖實際床位如下（圖2-5）一個地方好幾個點不同床位分散不同樓不同點，另外你衹要入住到這家所有的霸王條款一切由這個老闆説了算，你必須接受，當面一套背後一套，當面溝通過的都不承認説起謊話心不驚肉不跳，品質太差，，簡直讓人大開眼界！另外還需注意入住這家存在人身安全隱患！
11.17號晚上7點左右我網上預訂了這家青旅，預訂成功後店家就電話聯繫問了一些行程相關問題也並未提及入住期限（圖6）我覺得有床位就可以其他沒考慮就答應了入住，10：30點左右到達青旅位置 此區域非涉疫區此村也並未風控，我的行程及核酸一切正常也完全符合深圳要求所以進入社區掃碼登記後保安也是正常放行，進來後老闆也並未提及出入小區需要報備之事，來到青旅後老闆問我打算入住幾天我説我網上預訂一天 後面還要再繼續入住三天，老闆聽後也沒拒絕然後還説太晚了先收拾下並讓早點休息。後面我簡單收拾下行李後因為太餓就出去吃飯了，因為這邊沒商業沒飯館找地及吃飯耽誤點時間大概12：30左右回到青旅後面要入住登記了這老闆就開始給我拉臉子，覺得我回來晚了想趕我走，然後找了個藉口説：我不在他們小區白名單，沒有他帶着我是進不來，然後説他明天要回老家所以我不能再繼續入住.…當時房間住的還有3-4個租客我就問你走後其他人怎麼辦？他講那些人去社區報備登記了自由出入，我就心平氣和的和他商量讓給我也去社區登記下，登記後我正常出入雙方互不影響，可這老闆死活不同意告訴我衹有長租的才有報備資格而且一月以上才算長住，我就很生氣 來時已經清楚告訴過我住三天不長住，既然你明知你這地方出入需要老闆帶着而且你明天不在旅館 那你當天為什麼還在接散客？系統裏為什麼不寫清楚還有預訂後為什麼不告知清楚另外到店後顧客清楚告訴你要住三天後為什麼當時不拒絕？忽略記性不好那我預訂後你打電話詢顧客行程時怎麼不告知入住期限？我到你們青旅後10：30時候（圖7）你也問過我入住期限我也清楚的告訴你入住17.18.19三天 你覺得接不了當時為什麼不説你當時為什麼不拒絕？此時這人還理直氣壯的跟我説他們衹認平台預訂的一天，（我因為沒見過房實際圖片擔心會有差距所以並沒預訂這麼多天）而且我當時提出既然你衹認平台時間那我就再次平台上操作預訂下，話音剛落這人就立馬登錄系統所有房間一瞬間全部下架😂對於一個剛來深圳外地人 深更半夜提着三箱行李不到三天要被迫更換兩個地方住我自然不能接受，作為一個商家因為一時不爽就隨便打發人平台制度及和顧客之間約定不放在眼裡、這種人還有什麼誠信及底線？後面我據理力爭這個老闆和他媳婦兩口子一起跟我吵架還威脅我不住今天就走人我自然不妥協最後這兩口子吵不贏居然還報警找了警察來趕我（圖8）警察到後問我事情經過，我如實敍述，期間這個老闆很沒素質不停打斷我和警察對話，警察協調到凌晨1：30最後的結果就是警察也不管讓這老闆自己解決…好吧 自己欺詐消費者無理取鬧還找警察幫忙搞到最後警察也不管，這人也真是讓我開眼真是奇葩.....見欺負我行不通這老闆後面換了套路居然跟我道歉同意了我的入住訴求，然後假惺惺説是為了讓我入住他打算犧牲自己不回老家，説的多麼悲壯！首先我與這個老闆非親非故我入住也付費再就是我也不是非住他這不可，如果他在我預訂後打第一通電話時（圖6）説清楚衹能入住一天或在我到達青旅後的10：30告知清楚明天不在無法接待 我都不會再考慮那個地方我有富裕時間去找其他賓館，這人偏偏12：30時候等到我吃飯晚回來看我不爽想趕我走 跟我説我不能再入住還不承認我跟他約定的入住日期。大半夜我還能去哪找賓館？你看誰不爽想攆就攆你也太能欺負人了。欺軟怕硬見我欺負不動就開始假惺惺道歉賣慘，説疫情生意不好做等等....首先我入住付費不是白住續住同樣付費你生意不好乾我這給你送錢呢你卻給我往外趕你這説話不是自相矛盾？另外你講回老家我這也確實能理解我總不能那麼不近人情吧你都寧可不掙錢也得回老家那我更得支持，所以我很果斷的退房，那我就搞不懂我走後的18和19號這兩天你都不在了也沒法帶散户出入了你係統卻正常了接待的散户進出誰來帶呢？ ？？看來是衹要我走了你的系統和小區進出才能正常啊。既然現在生意那麼難做我也不能那麼不近人情， 你非法經營 欺詐消費者這事我就不再向你們社區追究，你好自為之。
