for location wise, this hotel is quite near to the shajing bus station, and some companies for work or business purposes. Other than this there are nothing sort of great to this hotel apart of its a very dated hotel, the furnitures are old and seems not being replace for more than a decade. the building looks tired and style is outdated too including the impression of the lobby lounge.
The receptionist hospitable, no usual greetings and just doing her work routine. there seems no system synergy of trip.com and hotel alignment and asked me information even after I showed her my confirmation hotel details.
many things to improve especially for a big hotel buildings and area.

1. The room is not bad, but you can hear the humming from the opposite room at 12 o'clock in the evening, so loud that the whole corridor can hear it. 2. The service is really bad. No one has reminded me that the clothes were left in the room for several days after I checked out. 3. The breakfast in the lobby on the first floor is really not good. There are only a few steamed buns and steamed buns. The drinks are porridge, boiled water and cola.

I always stay at this hotel every time I go on a business trip. The room is very large, well-equipped, and quiet at night. I would like to thank the beautiful woman at the front desk who helped me upgrade my room for free. She is also very welcoming and professional. Thank you!

I forget to ask for a parking ticket every time. The little girl at the front desk provides good service and reminds me that I need a parking ticket every time. The environment is high-end, the room is large and clean, but the facilities are outdated. Everything else is okay.

The receptionist at the front desk had a great attitude. Even if I booked the wrong room, I was able to help with a free upgrade. I really like the oversized bathtub inside.
