The location is great. The hotel is close to metro, department store and exhibition center. Staff was nice and helpful. However, the sanitary need to be improved.

The hotel is greatly and centrally located. It offers a perfect price value. Only the room was a bit cold. But the very good service staff offered us a heating tower which helped.

This hotel was ideal for my 2-nights stay. It was ideally located, 6 minutes by foot from the nearest subway and mall, and about 20 minutes from the Futian Railway Station. The room itself was cosy and clean. There is a convenience store conveniently located right beside the hotel.

The location of the hotel is ideal for those going on a business trip to Futian. It is right in front of a metro station and also gives you access to nearby shopping malls.

基本上都可以，前台有禮貌，訂了一間3床房和一間2床房，2間房內都有2隻蚊🤣，另外，2床房那間是尾房近後樓梯，有人在後樓梯吸煙，影響老人家睡覺。
早餐尚可，種類比較少。

酒店靠近地鐵站，入住和退房員工辦理很快捷。酒店旁有一間便利店，十分方便。
地上有看得見的灰塵，酒店能用吸塵機清潔一下嗎?
另外空調雖能扭動至10度，但根本不夠冷，別的酒店19度也比這裏10度還要冷，所以那個控制扭是騙人的吧! 應該是中央控制，希望貴酒店調冷點，天氣開始熱，難受。

酒店位於崗厦站G或F出口，到附近卓悅中心大約步行5至8分鐘，位置十分優越！酒店房間乾淨，有冰箱及空氣清新機！如果空調能低點就好了，夏天再到，房間有點熱！

酒店地理位置真的很贊，1號線F口，無障礙電梯上來就是，周邊餐飲雲集，離卓悦中心衹有300米左右，在酒店房間就能看到。含了雙早，早餐雖然簡單，但是挺温馨的。房間設施雖然不夠時尚，但是實用，也蠻好滴。住在這裏，去博物館，市民中心，看燈光秀，都超級方便，近，是王道。前台小姐姐態度特別好。樓下還有24小時便利店。這是一次很開心的旅程。
