For the price paid is a very good good deal. I like the cleaness and the Lavanda smell in all the hotel, from reception to each floor to the room. The name Lavanda Hotel is very appropriate, they use to have nice Lavanda smell everywhere, but is a very soft smell, not aggressive.
I will try to find Lavanda Hotel in any other my travel around China.

深圳的酒店第一次給差評，凌晨3點入住，到4點空調還不冷，5點半才睡。這麼熱的天沒空調簡直就是蒸桑拿，聯繫了前台上房間調試無果，半小時後客服人員説測試了幾間房還是沒冷風，換了隔壁的房感覺一樣，手持小風扇的風量都比空調風大，整個酒店的中央空調就是不製冷，一晚汗流浹背甚是難受，前台給了把風扇我們吹了一晚，第一次酒店吹風扇睡覺挺不愉快的一次入住，希望酒店的中央空調進行維修保養。第二天前台崔退房語氣還挺不好的，折騰一晚5點半才入睡的還是吹風扇，白天睡着崔退房晚了點還説要加收房費，我出來時候隔壁的房間都是空着的，入住率不高沒必要崔吧，且語氣不太友善，真是憋氣入睡，憋死起床！！

這是我住過服務最差的酒店，Wi-Fi沒辦法用，這麼大的酒店欠費，從早上反饋到晚上22:00鍾還一直沒人來修，打電話催了好久，還是沒來，打最後一個電話告訴我工程師好像也陽了，讓我自己小心一點，呵呵，就這服務態度，垃圾，我一分都不想給，根本不值這個價，倒是值幾十塊錢的賓館，賓館有可能都比這個好

前台服務很温暖，有家一樣的感覺，房間也很大，有窗户，空調製冷效果好，大堂休息區高大上。床很大，洗澡水温很穩定，舒適暢快。房間乾淨、整潔，下次繼續住

整體是比較老舊的90年代裝修風格。但是服務還是很好的，早餐種類少，但是也算比較健康吧。整體而言，出差住下還是不錯的，熱水很熱。
