上面説的是免費停車，到了現場説特價房停車要收費。我説平台上沒寫啊，他説我現在告訴你了，你要不把車開走，要不交錢。搞的這兩天出行極不方便。
有車一族還是不要訂他家的特價房了吧。內部設施比較完善，就是服務態度極差！

我在網上訂的標準雙床房。因為到了酒店發現沒有電梯 。就問老闆有沒有低樓層的房。請給我安排低樓層的房間。老闆二話不説給我安排了特價雙人房。進去後發現又臟又黑和城中村的招待所一樣。和自己定的房間貨不對版。就拿手機去找了。老闆很生氣的説是我要求要低樓層和她們沒有關係。請問下。我要低樓層肯定是以我定房間的標準來啊。不是説讓你給我來個便宜的特價房糊弄我。你們酒店對房間的佈局我第一次來的顧客不清楚啊。你們卻説是我事多。不願意給換回去。最後給你們好説歹説才給換回。再請問，你們不願意給換糊弄我安排個特價房。為什麼不提退我差價。這是一個商家該有的誠信原則嗎？

酒店優點係非常之近沙灘以及酒店房算便宜，雖然酒店房沒有窗及沒有雪櫃但係這麼便宜的價錢，我要求亦都唔會太高，我一個獨行俠只要地方乾淨便可以，會考慮再入住。
