Shenzhen Motels

This looked and felt like a top notch business hotel and very conveniently located next to a mall with plenty of dining options. We arrived late so were glad reception lady told us a walkable steamboat place was still open. The room was new and flawless. Pity I didn't have time to enjoy the bathtub and it was kinda semi open concept so wasn't that convenient and would have felt cold in winter and with Aircon. Beds were super comfortable and I enjoyed possibly the best sleep during my trip. They even have a Pillow Menu - lesson learnt next time I would choose the firmest cos China tends to use soft pillows that do not support my neck well enough. Nonetheless really enjoyed my stay. Enjoyed wonderful view and with electric blinds.

Overall is good, room is tidy and big. Reception and bell desk excellence service. However the night security staff isn’t nice. I’m worry are they suitable to work in hotel.

I recently stayed at the Crown Plaza Futian Hotel in Shenzhen and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Here's a breakdown of my thoughts based on several key points: Maintenance Excellence: The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained. Despite the use of carpeting, the cleanliness was impeccable with no lingering odors. This attention to cleanliness greatly enhanced my overall comfort during my stay. Superb Gym Facilities: The gym room at Crown Plaza Futian Hotel is top-notch. The facilities are modern and well-equipped, making it a pleasure to maintain my fitness routine while traveling. Whether you're looking to lift weights, do cardio, or engage in other exercises, the gym has everything you need for a satisfying workout experience. Convenient Location: One of the highlights of the hotel's location is its proximity to a shopping mall, which is within walking distance. While I didn't have the opportunity to explore the mall extensively during my brief one-night stay, its presence adds convenience and offers additional options for dining, shopping, and entertainment for guests who have more time to spare. Overall, my stay at Crown Plaza Futian Hotel was fantastic. From the immaculate cleanliness to the excellent gym facilities and convenient location, it's clear that the hotel is committed to providing guests with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

Big n clean room. Staff were nice and friendly. Metro connected to mall and hotel. Malls full of restaurant variety. Very convenient. Pool was nice n big. breakfast variety was vast. Will definitely come back again with my family and friends.

Location: not in town but close to the border (from HongKong). Food: really really good ~ for Breakfast room and dinner room at Spice restuarant Guest Room: Old style, look not much clean but can accept Hotel Facilities: Clean, but smell smoking everywhere Stuff: very nice and good manner, but most cannot speak English ***The hotel its connected with the big apartment building, lots ot people*** Have 1 mini-mart on the G floor.

Thank you Michael who checked us in, the first room we were in had a strong cigarette smell and we had to change to another room. He was helpful but in room dinning to set the welcome fruit to the new room when I told him we were moving to another room and please set up the new room. We went to the pool, we were told guests must bring their own swim board which I was quite surprised with,as I truly believe they do but just do not want to be led out... Which eventually I found out that really was the case. The location of the hotel was convenient and we had a late check out till 2 pm which we were delighted with, and I also liked their flower arrangement and lobby scent which was very welcoming.

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent service in a very central location. We are very pleased with the stay.

Love this hotel! 5-star service the moment we arrived, was served a welcome drink. The hotel staff greets us everytime we pass by the lobby, very warm and friendly service. Room is huge and luxurious. Soap is from Diptyque which makes you feel so pampered. Even on our last day, doorman Kevin Zhu helped us check our ferry timings and assisted with loading our luggage’s into the car. That was really nice of him! Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would love to be back someday!

Large and comfortable room, great gymnasium, indoor swimming pool. Sauna area is relaxing. Most staffs are polite. Breakfast buffet seating very comfortable, though some of the food is not so delicious. Check in time at 2pm. Told the room is under cleaning, ask me to check in at 3pm. When back at 3pm, the room is not ready. Need to wait at lobby for another 15 mins.

Great location with lots to do within walking distance. There is a great little craft brewery right across the street (Richcraft) and a bbq place with a nice patio just down the road. If you don't have too much luggage, you can even walk from Luohu port exit. It is a busy area and you will hear some horns, but some white noise will drown that out. The pictures of the room are for a jacuzzi room as the hotel was kind enough to upgrade me. The rooms are a bit old but the furniture is in great shape so it is a very comfortable stay. A little disappointing that the television is not viewable from the bed though. Breakfast is good and there are western and chinese options. Sadly I never got the chance to try the pool. The only issue I had was during check in. The initial room had an issue with the hot water for the overhead shower which I discovered when taking a shower. I was switched to a new room but it smelled of cigarette smoke. I was then given a third room but it needed to be cleaned. I went out to run an errand and when I came back, the person who I had initially spoken with had gone out for dinner and no instructions were left about the room. I was given a fourth room but when I went to inspect it, it was a different style. When I went back to the lobby, there must have been communication about the third room as it was then arranged for me and everything was fine. The stay was then very comfortable but it was initially quite frustrating that I had to repack my luggage and go through four rooms. The final note is the room came with a 100 yuan voucher for the restaurant but it was difficult to understand how to use it. I ended up not using it. There was a cafe/bar on the main floor. It would have been more convenient if the voucher could be used there.
