The original order was for a special suite, but after seeing that the direction of the room was inappropriate, the front desk upgraded it to an executive suite. I have stayed in several Hampton Hotels in China over the past months, and in general they are excellent. the room, the breakfast, friendly staff, I would even consider Hampton's as my favorite chain. only one thing is really annoying: not one of all those Hampton hotels I visited this year was able to aqccept payment with an international credit card. This is a real shame for an international Hotel chain like Hilton. Either the staff is not trained to handle credit card payments, or the management does not favor it....... whatever it is, it's inacceptable.......

I origanally booked the hotel for one night and planned to move to a second hotel. On arrival the staff were extremely friendly and attentive to their customers. The room was cleaned to a high standard and the facilities were great, although the water in the shower lacked some pressure it didn't cause me any problems. the breakfast posted both Chinese and western style buffet and the food was delicious. I extended my stay another two nights. I would definitely stay again if was in this area.
