在這個價位段的酒店裡體驗極其一般的一家，唯一的優點就是離中街近了 🏨入住：搞不懂清明假期高峯期前台衹有一個人？前台根本忙不過來，辦個入住等了大半個小時，最後房型也不對（ps看見好幾個大哥因為入住房型不對和前台起矛盾了）退房的時候倒是兩個人了，挺清閑的 🏠環境：比較老舊，剛來看外表還挺大氣，結果大門就是壞的，房間設施都比較舊，衞生也一般般，被子不乾淨，有紅色污漬，wifi也不咋好用 💰價格：300多一晚，首先這個價格肯定是在平時的基礎上調了100多，畢竟是節假日，可以理解，但是服務和環境都不説很讓人滿意，再來一次，我寧願住遠點兒然後打車出行（房費差價完全可以抵出行了

選擇這兒是因為有歷史情節，説是在舊王府基礎上改建的，而且地理位置優越，離故宮，中街，大帥府，地鐵1號線都很方便；房間寬敞，乾淨衞生，隔音效果好，熱水供應充足；前台小姐姐服務周到，態度nice，以後再來瀋陽還會選擇住這裏，也希望酒店越來越好。

酒店房間窗户看出去的景色非常迷人，早晚各不同。交通便利，位於市中心，離地鐵站和步行街都衹有幾百米，附近還有前往東陵公園的公交車站。到瀋陽故宮大帥府金融街這些重要景區步行可至，前往遼博北陵等主要參觀景點也方便。酒店旁邊還有個小農貿市場，很多地道小吃。雖然酒店有點年代感，也沒有浴帽提供，但是空調很足，洗澡水夠熱夠大，服務員也熱情提供服務。總之性價比非常高。

酒店在撫近門旁邊，大東副食後面，離故宮走路10分鐘左右，樓下有飯店“八大碗”，對面是“原味齋”，酒店設施較舊，不過也是正常，房間電視剛開始無法正常播放，反饋前台説找工程師來看，結果也沒來，還是靠自己處理好了，酒店的wifi更別説了，信號極差

地理位置好，停車場較小，每天10點左右會有送水車擋住停車入口，儘量避開。距離故宮，少帥府，中街都不遠。吃飯方便，早餐味道可以，種類一般。酒店設施老舊，衞生一般，空調不好用，屋裡較冷，沒有樓道暖和，反應給前台也是派個師傅應付了事，沒有實際解決問題或者給予補償措施。 看前台房間價格表當日價格比攜程還便宜，但不提前預訂也沒有房間。

亞太大酒店位置特別好，離中街走路幾分鐘就可以逛燈會，夜晚特別美。古色古香的建築配着晚上的燈光，過年🧨的節日氛圍濃厚。前台服務態度特別好熱情，打掃衞生的王阿姨服務周到熱情。前台服務周到，我們還沒到酒店就為我們打開了空調的熱風系統。一進房間也開好了燈，房間很大。感謝🙏對我們的熱情款待！一次難忘的旅程。特別感謝🙏
